Terrible customer service , incorrect pricing and it’s like a jumble sale in the shop, dirty, overcrowded with stock, one day a customer will get hurt and this shop won’t have a leg to stand on, due to the ness inside, a lot of the stuffs out of date and it’s not that cheap tbh , I don’t go in there any more, it’s a dump

heckmondwike store, extremely rude staff, shop is discusting and filthy, items that are advertised on thier page ,don't exist in store, don't waste your time or petrol going here, it's like a flea pit

Scam website - didn’t received product and no response to emails or website messages. Requesting request through bank as we speak.

This so called store is a big joke.
They are advertising products with low price just to trick you and buy it.
I have ordered Metal paint with rust protection 2 x 1L and they just forgot about it.
After 11 days of waiting I did contact them to ask what happened to my order.
There was no reply but they have dispatched the parcel probably after checking my email.
Another few days of waiting and the parcel was delivered just to discover it is completely different product for different purpose, also full of dust from sitting in a storage for years.
I did email again with a picture of the dusty incorrect paint and the guy wrote it is the same paint plus he sent me 2.5L, also he offered 10% refund for the DELIBERATE mistake.
The problem is that is a floor paint and not fit for the purpose I need it for.
No more correspondence and no refund been given, avoid these scammers please

I placed an order which never arrived. I've sent messages and emails which remain unanswered, and tried calling but it goes to answerphone. Had to be refunded via PayPal. Do not use!!
