Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! While we are thrilled to hear that all your items are lovely and well-priced, we are genuinely sorry for the stress and frustration caused by your parcel taking a detour before finally reaching you. Please rest assured that we take courier performance very seriously, and we are actively looking into our logistics and delivery partners to prevent issues like this from happening.
If you ever run into any delivery or tracking troubles in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at hello@bargainfox.com so our team can step in and handle it for you right away. The actual ordering and products are…
The actual ordering and products are brilliant, however, the delivery service was shockingly bad. It was not delivered on the first 2 times, no 1 because I wasnt in so thats fine. The second time I asked the chat thing when it would be delivered, I wasnt told anything apart from it was out for delivery. It did not arrive. It was delivered the next day. They dont give any information and are no help whatsoever. You need to use a different courier.
