I ordered an item and it was not delivered yet, supposed to arrive on 25th of September and until now i didn’t receive any update on the shipment since 22nd, the delivery agent said that the package wasn’t received yet, and your warehouse team didn’t respond back yet.. 10 days passed since the delivery date and still nothing

I have no problem ordering from you prices are amazing quality good as well delivery very good ,l have just 1 criticism sometimes on clothing you do not always put size on , apart from that all is good also customer service for me have been quick to sort out any problem l had .

Issues with return
Some items is totally different from what was advertised. Wants to return it but, no instructions on how to go about it. I have requested for returns and it says return accepted but no further instructions or QR code to return them

Normally really good but the delivery…
Normally really good but the delivery company attempted to deliver once although nothing on the ring doorbell which is weird, surely they would ring it ! Now my parcel is "lost" been waiting 2 weeks now, bargain fox say delivered, inpost say on its way and customer service say its sitting 40 miles away at the depot ! I know customer service are trying to help but still no parcel ! Unfortunately this has put me off ordering again. Really disappointed because a great company but delivery service is appalling . And still waiting .
