Owes me $1,000 refund for an item that never came. Has stopped replying to my emails, it's been over a month since the item has been considered lost by the courier and still no money.
Original order was incorrect but the customer service was great and the issue was resolved quickly. They event sent a little bonus! Great, clear communication and good prices. Will shop here again.

Stacey has been provided tracking details and contact details of courier company to be contact regarding her order. Order was placed 2 weeks ago, and has been explained the possible delays over the christmas & new year holidays. We do not offer refunds for items still in transit unfortunately.
Very Responsible & Resolved My Issue
I wrote a bad review about this shop a few days ago out of pure anger and frustration as I thought they weren’t being as responsible as they should, but after several emails flying in and out with them and the courier (Aramex), we found out it was none of my fault or Bargains Direct’s. So BD quickly reissued my order with an Express Post and I’m able to receive it before Christmas. That’s a 5 star job well done for me. As a customer I think that’s really impressive, I truly appreciate it and I will continue supporting them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have purchased a rare SIM card on 30 November. It was perfectly and quickly delivered interstate despite before-Christmas time. Staff is very friendly.

Hi Teresa, sorry you feel the need to leave a 1 Star Rating. I have not received any emails from you at all as if I did I would of replied straight away as my customers always comes first. As I have informed other customers who are still waiting on their parcels to arrive as it’s Christmas time and it’s a very busy period all packages and parcels are taking a little longer to arrive. I do apologise that it has arrived yet but I can assure you it left my store the day after you placed the order same with all my customer orders unless been notified prior.
I hope once your item arrives you will reconsider the rating you have left.
