Owes me $1,000 refund for an item that never came. Has stopped replying to my emails, it's been over a month since the item has been considered lost by the courier and still no money.
Original order was incorrect but the customer service was great and the issue was resolved quickly. They event sent a little bonus! Great, clear communication and good prices. Will shop here again.

Great prices and customer service

Warning!
Appears to sell used products. Lack of customer service once contacted about dirty marks on dinosaur water skill game and scratches on screen (has definitely been used). Initially wanted to charge $86 for shipping to "regional" area after order had been placed and original shipping address accepted. Had to send to a metro address as Rick would not cancel the order. Overall, wouldn't purchase anything again. Not worth the hassle.

Hi Raj, I’m sorry that you feel our items are used but i can assure you and any of my future customers that it isn’t the case. I only buy from reputable suppliers and all items are brand new. The item in question is a children’s toy that was $2 and the finger mark you have sent me in pictures could of been from when your order was packed and shipped which I have and do apologise for. Unfortunately we do not set postal/courier prices, and as I was informed you are in a rural remote area it wasn’t calculated for that upon checkout. You ordered 18 items and were only charged $10 for shipping, the item in question you actually purchased 3 of them and one of them you are stating has a finger mark on it and my apologies that is the case but it defiantly wasn’t intentional for that to happen it’s just an honest accidental mistake. Upon organising for your package to be sent I was shocked myself when the price came to $86 due to your address being a remote area. So I called you to inform you of this as I didn’t think it was fair to charge you that amount of money for postage and i suggestion to see if you had a family member or friend that you could have your parcel sent too that wasn’t in a remote area and I would arrange to have your order sent here to save the additional costs being charged. You then turned around and told me you shouldn’t have to change address’s and it wasn’t your problem how much it was going to cost and you wanted a refund. I informed you our refund policy doesn’t include for change of mind and that I’m happy to organise delivery to a non remote area. You sent me another message stating you have the address of a friend that I could send the order too but your weren’t happy about it at all and you were going to contact Department of Fair Trading about it. So I organised your order to be sent to that address as requested which i might add cost me more than the $10 you were charged for postage, but I was happy to accept that cost for the inconvenience of all this. And today you receive your order and now we end with this review. My Customers are and have always been my main focus and always come first, I will always go above and beyond but I don’t think you see it as that. As you can see from my other 29 Reviews I definitely do not treat my customers bad at all and that will never change. Anyways I can’t change the review you have left but I have given my side of the situation for others to read and my apologies for it being so long I just wanted to make sure everyone knew what the actual situation was. I don’t hold grudges and like to end this as positive and wish you and your family have a lovely Christmas no hard feelings from me. Kind Regards Rick

Tracking number was useless, as Australia Post Office could not find it, not all information as stated address was used, minimum information given by freight company.
