I wanted rhinoplasty, but I was worried about losing the character of my face. Dr. Barış Keklik understood this immediately. He did not try to create a tiny or artificial nose; he focused on breathing, profile balance and facial harmony. Henry helped me with all the information before travelling and kept the process very clear. After the surgery, nurse Gülhan explained the care instructions and checked that I was comfortable. The swelling is improving every week and the shape already looks refined but still like me. This was exactly what I hoped for.

My breast surgery with Dr. Barış Keklik gave me back a confidence I had lost for years. From the first messages, Henry was calm, informative and very easy to reach. Dr. Barış explained the shape, size and symmetry in detail, and I felt that he was planning the operation for my body, not using a standard approach. The hospital process was clean and organized, Kate helped everything move on schedule, and nurse Gülhan was incredibly kind during the recovery checks. The result looks lifted, natural and balanced. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I recently had breast augmentation surgery done by Dr Baris Keklik, the whole trip ran so smoothly. I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel by transfers arranged by the clinic and was also taken to and from hospital appointments. The team are so welcoming and lovely and I felt at ease the whole time. I’m so happy with my results and couldn’t have wished for it to have gone any better. The medical care after surgery was something I really appreciated. Dr. Barış Keklik performed my rhinoplasty and gave clear explanations before the operation. After surgery, Gülhan Hanım was kind, careful, and reassuring during the checks. Recovery is not always comfortable, but having a calm and attentive team made it easier. I would recommend them for their professionalism and care.

The team made a sensitive procedure feel manageable. Rose helped me before I travelled and answered my questions clearly. Kate was very supportive with the operation day arrangements and made sure I knew where to be and what to expect. Dr. Barış Keklik was professional, calm, and realistic during the consultation. I felt respected and well cared for throughout my facelift and neck lift journey.

A very professional experience from consultation to aftercare. I had breast surgery with Dr. Barış Keklik and felt that he understood the kind of result I wanted. He explained the options in a balanced way and helped me make a decision without pressure. The team was polite, organised, and responsive. The logistics were one of my biggest concerns, but Kate made the schedule clear and helped with the hospital process. I had facelift and neck lift surgery, and Dr. Barış Keklik was very honest about recovery time and swelling. Gülhan Hanım was gentle and reassuring during the early checks after the operation. I felt looked after medically and practically, which made the whole journey less stressful.

I had an amazing experience getting a rhinoplasty! He fixed my deviated septum which was one of my biggest concerns on my face and he also helped me achieve symmetry, and removed my dorsal hump. I have already recommended 5 of my friends to come get their noses done by Dr.Bariş Keklik whenever they are ready. He was very kind and I felt Calm and safe/ in good hands the entire time.

Flew to turkey to have a mastopexy and lypo suction done by dr keklik, from start to finish the whole experience was incredible. Lovely transfers and hotel and Kate was the best! The hotel is so advanced and nothing like I’ve ever seen before. The surgery could not of gone any better, the before and after is so different and I absolutely love my results, a lot better than I thought I would! Dr keklik is an incredible surgeon and person along with his nursing team! Thankyou to all of you, my confidence has soared and can’t wait to get back in the gym. For anyone considering it, I was up and about on day 2 and ready to fly home day 3 although I stayed a week x

Leute ich war 1 jahr auf der suche nach dem richtigen arzt UND OMG BIN ICH FROH DASS ICH MICH FÜR DR BARIS KEKLIK ENTSCHIEDEN HAB BITTE TUT EUCH EIN GEFALLEN UND WÄHLT IHN AUS!!!!!!! Ich hatte sogar in deutschland beratungsgespräche mit mehreren ärzten und hab jeweils immer 150€ für die Beratung bezahlt, und kein arzt hat mich so intensiv beraten wie dr baris keklik er ist auf alles eingegangen, ich musste ihm keine fragen aus der nase ziehen er hat mir von sich aus sooooo viele Informationen mitgeteilt und ein vorher nachher Bild bearbeitet und meine nase ist viel schöner geworden als ich sie mir vorgestellt habe, ich hatte eine kaputte nasenscheidenwand und konnte seit jahren schlecht luft holen, er hat meine nase sowohl ästhetisch als auch medizinisch für ein so humanen preis operiert ich bin übertrieben glücklich, die nachsorge war auch mega leute wenn euch eure gesundheit und schönheit lieb ist wählt diesen arzt aus er ist der beste er hat eine gigantische aura und ist super lieb und fürsorglich 😍💞

Rose was my main contact before travelling, and she made the preparation stage feel straightforward. My rhinoplasty consultation with Dr. Barış Keklik was detailed, and I appreciated that he explained what would look natural for my face. The operation and follow-up were handled professionally. I liked that the team stayed available after surgery too, because recovery comes with many small questions.

I contacted the clinic from Germany and Celine helped me understand the breast surgery process step by step. That made communication much easier for me. Dr. Barış Keklik was very calm and clear during the consultation, and I felt that my expectations were understood. Gülhan Hanım was also very caring after the operation. The first days after surgery can feel emotional, but the support I received helped a lot.

Before travelling, I had a lot of questions about facelift and neck lift surgery. Henry answered them clearly and did not make me feel pushed into booking. When I met Dr. Barış Keklik, the consultation felt very professional and realistic. He explained what would suit my face rather than promising an artificial change. The whole team was organised, and the experience gave me confidence at every stage.

I cannot thank Dr Baris and his team for a truly 5* experience from my initial enquiry to coming home, I was very well cared for. I had Rose who was amazing and looked after all my needs and enquiries throughout. I was collected from the airport in a luxury car and taken to my stunning hotel where I was greeted warmly and I had a contact there who took care of any of my needs.
I was then taken to my 5* hospital where I met the amazing Dr Baris and his team. We had a consultation and he was very thorough with all my pre op tests and my expectations of my desired look. He explained what he was going to do and put me at complete ease and gave me the confidence that I had picked the correct surgeon.
The results are fabulous and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery.

Meine Nasen-OP ist jetzt zwei Jahre her und ich bin vollkommen zufrieden. Meine Atmung ist seitdem deutlich besser. Man braucht etwas Geduld, bis alles vollständig abschwillt, aber nach zwei Jahren kann ich sagen, dass meine Nase wirklich sehr schön geworden ist.

Auch der Aufenthalt in der Türkei war sehr angenehm – der Arzt und das Pflegepersonal waren kompetent und freundlich und ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein großes Lob an dich Cigdem– du hast mir immer geholfen und warst jederzeit für mich da.

Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung, die ich jederzeit wieder so machen würde. Vielen Dank für mein schönes Näschen.❤️🌹

After more than two years, I am still extremely happy with my nose surgery. Everything was excellent from start to finish. On site, I was very well informed and felt well taken care of. Even today, whenever I have a question, I receive an answer and everyone is very kind. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Keklik and the entire team. 😊

Ich hatte letzte Woche eine Revisions Nasen OP bei Dr. Barış Keklik in Istanbul und bin äußerst zufrieden mit der Organisation, der Operation, der Betreuung vor Ort und der Kommunikation mit Çiğdem, seiner deutschsprachigen Assistentin.
Dr. Keklik wurde mir persönlich von einer lieben Ärztin empfohlen. Ich konnte Herrn Dr. Keklik sogar bei einem Beratungstermin in Salzburg vorab persönlich kennenlernen und alles mit ihm besprechen.
Nach ein paar Monaten vereinbarte ich dann einen Termin, den ich auch sehr rasch bekam. Danach ging alles sehr schnell und reibungslos. Çiğdem ist 24/7 per WhatsApp erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen auf Deutsch und nimmt einem jegliche Angst und Sorgen. Es war alles perfekt organisiert (Shuttles, Termine, Medikament, Hotel,...) wir mussten nie warten oder uns selbst um etwas kümmern! In Istanbul angekommen wurden wir gleich ins Hotel gefahren. Das Hotel war zwar schon älter aber sehr schön und sauber, direkt am Meer, und das Frühstück war ein Traum, den selbst ich genießen konnte, da es mir nach der OP sehr rasch sehr gut ging. Das Krankenhaus ist extrem modern und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Vor der OP habe ich nochmals mit Dr. Keklik meine Wunschnase besprochen. Der Arzt strahlt eine angenehme, sympathische und sehr professionelle Ruhe aus. Er erklärt alles ganz genau und verständlich. Man fühlt sich sofort in guten Händen. Man kann ihn alles fragen, er nimmt sich viel Zeit für seine Patienten. Çiğdem ist per WhatsApp-Call immer mit dabei, auch bei der Besprechung der Narkose kann man sie bei Bedarf dazuholen. Der Narkosearzt war übrigens auch sehr nett! In der Nacht kam immer wieder eine Krankenschwester und hat mein Gesicht gekühlt. Am nächsten Tag kam Dr. Keklik noch kurz vorbei und berichtete von der OP. Danach bekam ich noch die Tabletten erklärt und es ging zurück ins Hotel. Die 3 Tage nach der OP vergingen sehr schnell und schmerzfrei. Am 4. Tag wurde der Gips entfernt und ich konnte das Ergebnis trotz Schwellungen schon sehr gut sehen. Ich liebe meine neue Nase jetzt schon, samt der leichten Schwellungen, die noch da sind. Çiğdem steht mir natürlich weiterhin für Fragen jederzeit zur Seite. Ich freue mich schon sehr, in wenigen Tagen die Tapes abnehmen zu dürfen.

Ich habe sehr lange nach dem richtigen Arzt für meine Nasen-OP gesucht und mir viele Kliniken und Ergebnisse angesehen. Mein Bauchgefühl hat mir am Ende gesagt, dass ich hier richtig bin – und genau das war die beste Entscheidung.

Am Anfang hatte ich ehrlich gesagt Angst – fremdes Land, andere Sprache, neue Umgebung. Aber diese Sorge war völlig unbegründet. Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich sicher, verstanden und professionell betreut gefühlt.

Dr. Baris Keklik arbeitet extrem präzise, ruhig und mit viel Gefühl für Ästhetik. Meine Nase passt jetzt schon perfekt zu meinem Gesicht und obwohl noch Schwellung da ist, sehe ich jetzt schon den Wow-Effekt. Ich bin mehr als glücklich mit dem Ergebnis.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Cidem, die Assistentin, die mich begleitet hat. Sie war immer erreichbar, liebevoll, geduldig und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert – von Organisation bis Beruhigung vor der OP. Man fühlt sich bei ihr nicht wie eine Nummer, sondern wirklich betreut.

Die Kommunikation war durchgehend super, alles wurde erklärt und ich habe mich zu keiner Zeit allein gefühlt.

Ich kann diese Klinik, den Arzt und das gesamte Team von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Es war eine der besten Entscheidungen für mich.
