My 3 girls have loved all the toys and just loves loves the treats that are sent.. when I bring the bag in they know exactly what it is and sit in front of me waiting for me to open it. I set it on the floor and they grab the toys immediately, and then I use the treats as rewards for them.

Murphy just loves his Bark Box deliveries...he can't wait for the box to open and see his exciting toys...he loves to destroy them LOL!!

The dogs love their Barkbox and get so excited when it shows up. The toys are well made and sturdy, and last for months, when most of our store-bought toys we've gotten them generally don't stand up to their play. They almost always love the selection of treats as well.

The customer service is EXCELLENT! If there is ever an issue with your order, they have you and your pet fully covered with a replacement, credit, or whatever you need to make it right. They truly care about their four-legged customers which is shown by how well they treat the two-legged ones!

Bark box is always been super my dogs love the toys and at one point when I had a problem with dogs being able to tear the toys apart they changed it to a sturdier bone and we even share some of them with my daughter and her dogs and they love one of her dogs from the last order we gave him a toy and he does not put it down. He carries it everywhere.

The customer service follow up from a survey was surprisingly unexpected in a very positive way. Thank you for your dedication to satisfaction of your products.
