Barker Shoes レビュー

Ordered the shoe next day delivery customer service brilliant thankyou again

As a repeat customer I have nothing but praise for the high quality of Barker shoes. They are however let down by a poor customer service policy which requires customers to return faulty items at their own expense.

This is one of numerous purchases made, which have always been of a high quality standard and easy transaction.
Fully recommend.

Professional from start to finish and beautiful shoes!

Good service with prompt delivery. A quality well made product.

Great website along with easy ordering and tracking of delivery. My Father was delighted with the shoes and service. Many thanks

Good shoe, service and delivery was top notch.

Nice pair of loafers but they already show a significant amount of wear for the price point. The topline piping started to rub off on the inside and the insole lining started to peel back after one full day of wearing. I would expect a more robust shoe for the price point.

The shoes are really good value and the craftsmanship is exceptional. One shoe is perfect, but one shoe has slight blemishes which prevents a perfect 5 star rating. The imperfection, is not sufficient to justify returning them.
I have bought 3 pairs of Barker shoes in the last month, which suggests I am very impressed with their product.

I ordered a pair of size 12 slippers which were too small but have had them returned without a problem so full marks for service.

Probably the worst two shoes I’ve bought ever in my entire life. Uncomfortable, no better than a pair of Samuel Windsor. Cripple your feet. Just literally worst thing I’ve ever spent money on.

Quick service and quality shoes. Barker's every time!

Great shoes have several pairs now.
Staff are fantastic and so helpful

I bought a pair of shoes from Barker when placing the order ticked size 11. a few minutes later conformation came through on my pad.It read size 7.5,I immediately phoned Barker to change the size back to size 11,the person spoke to assured me he had changed the order. The shoes arrived guess what size 7.5.I returned the shoes on 1/9/26.and have had no correspondence of the return.this is really good customer service.

The boots I bought are just what I thought I was buying and the service just spot on. To be frank, the only way I could have afforded the boots was from the Barkers’s sale but very impressed with the repair service offered which I will be using as these boots are for life!

Generally good.
It took sometime for them to notify the shoes ordered were no longer available. However the shoes ordered as a replacement were delivered quickly and by a reliable delivery company.

Excellent quality product good packaging and quick delivery
