Took Barkers advice and preferred half size below my normal size. Perfect fit and comfortable. Arrive 3 days after order was placed.

Brilliant English Shoe Company
Brilliant, friendly customer service. Superb quality shoes, with fantastic designs. Great heritage. Great value too when compared with some of their direct competitors. Speedy delivery and quality packaging. Highly recommended. I bought two pairs very recently and they fit perfectly. Made in Earls Barton.

Stock Control Failure!!
Ordered the shoes, paid for them only to be emailed that they were out of stock. Checked on line after and the same shoes and size was showing in stock. Eventually got my refund. Asking for a review about my purchase that didn’t happen is a bit redundant!! Would’ve been my second pair of Barkers, but not sure I’ll order again from online shop.

Ease of purchase and the quality, price and choice given. Additionally, hand made in this country also was a bonus. The packaging was excellent and the service also.

Sizing ?
Sizing ?? very early days but can't fault the quality. However....I've been a Size 11 for all of my adult life, and this size 11 is very 'snug', even with a fine cotton sock. I'm hoping that the shoes will stretch/ease a little over coming months

It’s a really nice pair of shoes
It’s a very nice pair of shoes, feels very well handcrafted and the packaging is confirming the overall quality.
Unfortunately the size seems smaller than usual so I have to send back and ask for a larger one which is coming with additional cost and it takes now 2-3 weeks longer at least.
Another star deducted due to online color being completely different to its appearance in reality.
Still a very good shoe which I will enjoy hopefully soon.

Really fast delivery, beautiful shoes
Really fast delivery, beautifully packaged and above all, gorgeous shoes.
But something else has to be mentioned because it's so important: Shoes that fit! I have an annoyingly wide foot and high arch, which means I've had to buy shoes in sizes as large as 11's even though I am a 9.5! I cannot wear my Church 10G's because they are too tight and make my feet ache. My new Barkers are a perfect 9.5H. And they are like carpet slippers. A total joy to wear from the moment I put then on, even though they are a heavyweight Derby Brogue. Wonderful shoes!

Barkers are great; unfortunately a pair of shoes called Owen size 11F, this particular fittings is not good shoe is much narrower than the 8 other pairs of shoes that I have from Barkers, if they send me returns foc then I will change the review

Order arrived quickly.
The shoes were the right size and well made. Very nice to look at and look great when wearing them. I have only worn them once so far but did walk about 4 miles in them and spent around 6 hours standing up wearing them and they were very comfortable and fit well. Came with shoe bags, shoe horn and spare leather laces. Overall very impressed.
