The barkshield doesn’t work for my dog, customer services is a joke, they occasionally send a reply, they certainly have no intention of giving me a refund as stated in their adverts. They won’t send a returns label, SCAM company and false advertising.

It worked - from the very first push of the button . I used it consistently for two days and now my fur babies only have to see it to respond appropriately.

I have very annoying chihuahua dogs next door. We are finally able to enjoy our backyard. One push of a button and they go quiet. When we go for walks the aggressive dogs are silenced as we walk by.

Taking a walk around my neighborhood just got more relaxing. I have trained several 'barkers' with my Barkshield. I simple aim at the dog, do a brief touch, say 'quiet', and when they stop barking (immediately) I say , "good dog'. Amazing!

Love it!! It works perfectly on my reactive dog!! Yay! Life was stress free! Well it was until I got got home after work and found the Bark Shield spicy stick chewed to bits on the living room floor. Ahhh…. My bad. Anyhoo, I will be buying another one tonight!

Working great! Best thing I could have done. She’s a smart dog & I just pick it up & she behaves. Barking is so much better. She’s NOT braking at everything now. 100 percent would recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but BarkShield has genuinely been a game-changer for me. My three-and-a-half-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is very reactive to the TV - barking at animals, people, even animated characters. I’d tried everything, but nothing really worked consistently… until now.

From the very first use, BarkShield made a noticeable difference. As soon as I activate it, he stops barking almost immediately. I always follow it up with a treat to reinforce the quiet behaviour, and over time, it’s helped create a much calmer environment at home.

It’s simple, effective, and completely transformed how I manage his reactivity. I can’t recommend it enough - it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made as a dog owner.

It works just as it is described. It is a painless way to train. Our dog is mostly well behaved, but he would bark excessively at animals on TV and not listen to our stop commands. Within two times of using the bark shield, he stopped barking and would only occasionally do a low growl. Also, over the 4th of July we were with family and 9 dogs, we used the bark shield on the aggressive dogs and it worked!

Barking almost completely eliminated! Blood pressure down as a result! 😆😉 Exceeded expectations with our two loud medium-sized yappers.

We’ve only actually had to use it a few times as the dogs immediately stopped barking. We paired the use with saying “no bark” at the same time. Now if they start barking all we have to do is say no bark and they snap out of their excitement.

I could not believe that this worked as promised. From the start he was less barky and would stop right away when he did bark and we used the devise. Bless you!!!

This has really been the best training tool we have found for our two dogs. They were both barkers - barked at the neighbors, the delivery folks, squirrels, the wind, EVERYTHING. We are looking at about 80% improvement, which is a game changer. We are expecting further improvement as we continue to work with them.

We have 4 dogs that enjoy barking at random things. We have tried multiple collars that you have to take on and off daily that didn’t work after about two weeks. I said let’s give this a try what can it hurt. I wish I would have videoed the first time I used it because I almost passed out at how well this little orange box deterred them from going bonkers ever time a leaf blew by. The best thing… wait for it….. one orange box works for allll the dogs, even the neighbors dog 😂

We have tried every gadget and collar under the sun to stop our chihuahuas from barking and I literally used this once and they stopped. Now all I need to do is pick it up to get them to stop- I don’t even need to press the button. It really has been life changing!

If I could give it no stars I would!

Disappointed – Buyer Beware

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. BarkShield did not work as expected for my dog, and the “30-day money-back guarantee” is extremely misleading. When I contacted the company for a return, I received no response. After repeated attempts, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card.

Only after the dispute did they reach out—asking me to reverse it—but they still haven’t sent a return label or resolved the issue. It’s been weeks with no follow-up. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

This company is not trustworthy, and I would strongly recommend avoiding BarkShield.

I have to push it a couple times when someone comes to the door and he stops. It works great!

I was shocked I really didn't expect something that was so inexpensive to work so well. I was on the phone in my garage and my dog would not stop and as soon as I pushed the button she quit immediately.
