Awful. The product was not as described, was terrible quality and expensive (the expense and photos suggesting it would be higher quality), also damaged (possibly from being sent with so little packaging) and when I complained there was no regret at my dissatisfaction, let alone an actual apology. Communication was rude and Andy said "all cooker knobs are plastic" which simply isn't true I've just got some metal ones from another supplier. In any case, Barty's "chrome" is badly made even for plastic, with bubbles and scuffs in the spray paint.

Bought these attachments for the shark and they fitted perfectly 👍
At that price I thought they were secondhand but no they’re brand new.
Delivered by royal mail and arrived in perfect condition in the team frame stated .

The part they sent was nothing like I ask for.
Sent email 3 days later still no reply
Very hard to find a contact number
So returning part (let’s see how long for a refund.

Barty Spares service is superb, my original order was
lost by Royal Mail tracking service and Barty Spares
soon arranged to send me another order. In todays
climate its so refreshing to find a company who gives
an excellent service and customer care thank you.

Excellent customer service with very quick responses.Have used this firm twice now and their spare parts are exactly as described,excellent quality and very reasonably priced.Delivery is very quick.My last order arrived in less than 24 hrs and was free postage.Will be my first firm for any future parts I require.

This is fraud

Bought a replacement hose for Miele vacuum cleaner on eBay July 2024 but retaining lugs broke off in less than six months. Andy stated warranty period only 90 days and would therefore not refund cost. Warranty period not stated on eBay website and in any case I would expect an item like this to last more than six months. Unhappy.

I smashed a microwave plate a few days before Christmas potentially making Christmas Dinner a nightmare. These guys found the correct plate and had it delivered within 2 working days rescuing Christmas. 10/10 for service, speed and quality!

I can't praise Bartyspares more they were so very helpful when I was struggling to find cooker knobs for a cooker over 25 years old.
The cooker belonged to an elderly relative and he was over the moon to get them.
They arrived quickly and well packaged and we are so pleased with the service we got.

ordered on Friday at 16.30. Delivered at 10 am the following Monday.Excellent price.Easy ordering on site.Who could ask for more.Will certainly use this supplier again.

I ordered an extra long vacuum hose on the
31 Jul, 2024, for use in my garage to make vacuuming the car easier due to my lack of mobility since my stroke. Having only used it a few times it was very handy. I remove the hose from the vacuum the other day and when I came to refit it, it fell out. I can only presume that the locator tabs are the issue so I contacted Barty spares to ask them about warranty or the possibility of a generous discount on a replacement hose end because the item is less than 3 months old and virtuallyno use. I received a reply a couple ofdays later from Andy who didn't apologise for the failure, mention the warranty or even entertain the idea of a helpful discount but just a blunt, unsympathetic response of "we sell them" and added the part number. I feel really let down by this response and lack of help or understanding with a part that has failed.

Wrong item sent CF150 CF100 Cookology carbon filter
I had purchased 2 x CF150 CF100 Cooker Hood Filters for Cookology Carbon filters. They have sent me wrong items.

Customer service ignores my emails.
I got totally ripped off and I can't do anything about it!
Stay away from this site.

I have read the reviews and I can only report on my experience. I ordered a replacement water tank from my coffee maker I sent the details and a photo of the part, within a few minutes I received a reply saying that they had received my order and were getting it ready for delivery, the next day I received an email saying that they had dispatched the part. All I can say is that the service was excellent ,and would have on problem using this company again.

I ordered a replacement extension tube for my Miele vacuum cleaner in June at a very reasonable price which arrived promptly. Unfortunately this broke after a little over 2 months. I contacted Bartyspares by email and received an immediate response promising a replacement. This arrived the next working day. I can't praise the customer service too much, pity I can't say the same about the part.

Ordered dryer heating element and received a hose for something completely different, no way of contacting them except email which could take forever to get a response. It's a big no from me going forward🤬🤬🤬

Wish i read the review before buying. Piece orderred claimed to be direct replacement for the item required that sent was not even a close fit. No apology just return it. Refund processed quickly but they did not refund my postage thus it cost me for them sending the wrong item!

Ordered a cooker light cover I couldn't get elsewhere. Ordered from Ireland and within 7 days received part. Brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Just always put the effort in to order the correct piece as they can only work off your measurements. Recommended

After being unsuccessful with 2 other companies to help me with the right microwave turnplate, I was recommended by John Lewis staff to contact Bartyspares. This was the only company that solved my issue. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, specially Tom. They promptly replied to my query and solved it very soon. I recommend this company 100%.
