I've been occupying one of their retail spaces for nearly two years, and it's clear that they continue to invest in the properties they own. They installed a new HVAC system last spring, and the common areas are consistently kept clean and well maintained. Management also checks in regularly to see how things are going. You can tell this is a company that stays involved with it properties rather than simply collecting rent and leaving tenants to manage on their own.

The leasing process was smooth, and the building itself is in great shape. The only issue was getting a response from maintenance during the holidays. It took about a week for someone to look at a plumbing issue in our site. Once they came out, the repair was done well, so I was happy with the work itself; I just wish the response time had been faster. Overall, the space is solid for the price, and the location works well for us.

We moved our office into one of Velaino's properties last year and it's been a great experience. The property management team is actually responsive, which is rare in commercial leasing. Our buildout requests were handled quickly and the lease terms were straightforward with no hidden fees. Highly recommend if you're looking for well-maintained office space.

Professional from start to finish. We needed a warehouse space that could handle our logistics operation and Velaino had exactly what we were looking for. The team walked us through everything, lease was fair, and any time we've had an issue it gets addressed within a day or two. Hard to find this level of service in commercial real estate.
