I purchased the Barxbuddy back in late March. I was told that shipping may take some time because they are back logged on orders. No problem. About two weeks later I send an email asking about the status. They apologized and said it should ship soon. Finally received the product about a month later from the time that I ordered it. Still no problem. We tried the device on our two dogs. It had no effect on one, and scared the other one causing her to run and hide. It did not control the barking at all, but we tried it several times to be sure over a few weeks. I decided to send the product back. I called customer service and they informed me that their moneyback guarantee is only good for 30 days from purchase date.

I was contacted via email by Barxbuddy and they apologized for the way the transaction was handled over the phone (call center in the Philippines, I’m guessing). But, at the same time, the call center had to get their information from the company. Long story short, along with the apology, they said as long as I had the package shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date, they would offer me a refund. All I had to do was email the tracking number to them. The refund was processed and in my account the next day. I only got $46.92 of my original $56.89 purchase price plus $6 to send it back, but it’s better than nothing, which was the original offer over the phone.
I changed my rating from one star to two stars, basically because their product didn’t work.

I placed my order in April 2025, they took my money of course but have yet to receive any shipment details. I have emailed twice and have gotten no response. They ship from AZ and I live in Oregon. Its extremely ridiculous and unprofessional that they will not respond or refund me.

Received confirmation of order, money was withdrawn from my bank account but have yet to receive tracking information or a response to either of my 2 inquiries. Order was placed on May 6 2025. Still waiting and my dog is still barking!

Updated: Finally received an email after I submitted this review. The product is apparently on backorder, they could've mentioned that before I ordered.

Worst company I have ever purchased from!!! I ordered 2 items from them on April 21,2025 paid over $100 including shipping and a lifetime warranty and have yet to receive anything from them and it is now 20 days later!!! I have emailed 3 times and received ZERO response! I have now called twice and was told it would be here this week and shipping was delayed well guess what it is now Sunday and STILL NO PACKAGES!! I called AGAIN today and was given the run around with a service rep who told me the package had already shipped but there was no tracking number?! How in the hell does a package ship but there is no tracking number?! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay far away from this company!! I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do that because the package already shipped and I can only get a refund once I receive it! So I’m gonna wait for a package I may never receive to get my money back on a package that doesn’t even have a tracking number?! Makes ZERO sense!! I will be filing a fraud case with my bank!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered over a week ago, I have now sent 3 emails to their “support” email requesting shipping information. I have received no answers back. Shows it was paid for immediately. I can in no way afford this rip-off of supposedly the best stop barking device.

I ordered on April 7th, I have yet to receive my order, yet my 50.00 was withdrawn from my banking account immediately. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I guess I was scammed.

I submitted my order for BarxBuddy April 20 , 2025 , my credit card was immediately charged for $50+ and I received a confirmation email for said order stating I would be informed as to when the order was shipped .

Now almost 3 weeks later I have heard nothing , but I have $50+ less and nothing to show for it . I sent an email to customer service several days ago instructing them to cancel my order and issue a refund . Once again , I have heard nothing .

As other unfortunate people , who have had the same experience , I feel this is a scam . Just pathetic

IF NOT A SCAM, THEN THE MOST INEPT & UNPROFFESSIONAL OUTFIT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

I never even received my order. They will not communicate with me.

We are an elderly couple who have been victimized by our neighbor's two vicious rat-dogs for years. The only thing that has saved us from being physically attacked has been the chain-link fence that separates our parking area from their back yard.

We can't escape. We have to walk past them every day to get to our car, and the dogs' owners think it's funny. We were so pleased when we found and ordered Barxbuddy.

Unfortunately, Barxbuddy is a SCAM! IT DOES NOT WORK!

In fact, it does nothing at all. It doesn't slow them down, doesn't make them pause, doesn't even perk their ears up. Two different dogs, and no effect whatsoever on either one of them.

It would be better to spend your money on a set of ear plugs and some blinders than to waste it on this useless piece of plastic.

Euronte LLC paid them $51.90 on 7/4/2025 for Barxbuddy Trainer Device V2 and still not received it on 27/4/2025 tried to email them supportbarxbuddy undeliverable do not buy from them this is a scam got no receipt or delivery information

Company readily and quickly submitted credit card payment 4/5 and never acknowledged order or payment. Their phone number is worthless and no answer to my email. Still haven't received product. Edit..review got me response for which I thank Barxbuddy. Product is delayed

Waited 2 weeks for delivery but never got it. Tried calling but on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Tried customer e-mail but page doesn’t come up. Finally canceled on my charge card. Customer service is unavailable

Lousy customer service. I made 4 attempts to call their customer service to correct my shipping address. I sat through at least 5 minutes of waiting each time to only have their phone hang up on me.

Does not work!
I was really disappointed with this product. There was no paperwork inside the package, so I’m not sure how to even return it. It feels very cheaply made, but expensive. When I tried it with my dog, she didn’t even react to it. I wouldn’t recommend spending money on this one.

Just received my BarxBuddy in the mail after a month long Canada post strike. First impression is how cheaply made this product is. This is the year 2024 and you are still using 9volt batteries, Really. Not sure how this cheaply made thing is going to work. Will update later.
Would not recommend this product, you can purchase higher quality items from Amazon for less money.

The BarxBuddy Busy Ball is doesn’t work and the company doesn’t care. It is fully charged and all the correct buttons are pressed, but it is defective. The company has ignored repeated attempts to get a resolution. Also, the instructions say that the ball cannot be dropped or it will break. What dog doesn’t pick up and drop its toys? Save your money and buy some tennis balls. Money spent on this is wasted.

When I received this product. It was so hard to put the battery in .it's not connecting properly. I want to return it .it not working properly at all. I need a address to send it back.

I bought a Barxbuddy almost a year ago, to help train my dog to not bark each time he heard our neighbor in the hallway. I also thought it would be extremely helpful when we went on walks. Where we live, there are numerous stray dogs or owned dogs that are set free during the day. I hoped this would divert their attention from my leashed dog for the safety of both of us.
None of this has proven true. Although the sound is something dogs can supposedly hear and humans cannot, I rely on the light turning on when I press the button to mean it is working. Even so, just to be fair, I have changed batteries several times just to evaluate effectiveness. Nothing! Not one dog responds to the supposed sound, absolutely no reaction at all.
Today was the last attempt at making it useful, but again it failed. A waste of money.

Total ripoff. I tried to order 1 barx buddy. They processed 4 orders. When I called them after finding out what they had done. Total false sympathy. Oh I'm so sorry you accidentally ordered more but we can't refund you because the orders have already been processed. I already filed a case and complaint with PayPal. Total criminal behavior. Total theft. Total axxholes. If I could leave neg stars I would. I am absolutely livid at their scam.
