The barx didn't faze my pups at all. What is it supposed to do I would like a refund

It came soon after I ordered. My dog Hank loves it!

I Have not received my order and have tried emailing customer service multiple times with no reply back. Very disappointed with the service of this company.

I have contacted the company twice requesting shipping status. Still no response. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Called for help and issue resolved

We never received the product. I notified customer service and heard nothing back.

I paid for a product that never came... I ordered more than 11 days ago and have emailed to ask about the status and there's been no reply... I'm extremely disappointed.

The product never arrived. Received automated response when notifying them twice.

My order was placed on 19 November 2023. My order was shipped on 22 November 2023 (2 days delay). I received a request to confirm delivery on 28 November 2023. I waited several days in the hope the parcel might arrive, it did not, so I responded by email on 30 November 2023 advising that I had not received it and the last tracking advice from DHL was that it had arrived in Los Angeles on 27 November 2023, having taken 6 days to move from Phoenix. I requested further updates as my security protector will not allow me to re-enter the DHL site. It is now 10 December 2023 and I have not received a response from BarxBuddy. I am becoming concerned that BarxBuddy is a fake. Please prove me wrong and respond to my request for transparency and assistance.
I have placed orders with another US company after 19 November and received the goods 7 days later. My order with you has taken 21 days so far and still has not arrived.

Somehow within the first 30 hours she had opened the ball and chewed up the inside. I don’t know whether it twisted open or her teeth popped it open. It interested her (2 yr old Goldendoodle at 30 lbs) a few times and then I discovered the barxball corpse.

We have yet to get the package. We responded that we did not get and have received no follow up information.

Amazing how Smokey reacted to Barxbuddy. I touched the button once thru both doors. She immediately stopped barking, turned to look at the door. Much later I want to try it to train her to calm down, not jump up on my kids & grands when they walk in. Don’t want to confuse her.

Took my money and never heard from them again.

I have been charged for a product that I have not received my experience would be better if I did receive the product that I ordered. Does that help?

Barxbuddy treated me like I every bit as well as I hope someone would treat my beloved pets. For loving pet owners, this says it all. (Despite my initial cynicism, Barxbuddy works, too! Thanks!
