They fixed it quickly

He managed to figure out how to fix my problem in no time at all. I'd been trying to fix it for months. I'd emailed the problem and they responded and fixed it within a few hours. You rarely get a response like that from any other company these days.

This is the worst cameras ever

This is the worst cameras ever
All what us saying about quality is no true
This camera can not read car plate reg from 5 meters during the day.I suffered big loses from theft and this cameras could not do anything
I spent all most 10000 pounds on 16 cameras and DVR plus installation since plug in from electrical source did not work
All them reviews are taken not from google
Its all false

Regarding the camera's ability to capture clear images of car number plates, it appears that the settings of your system are not appropriately configured, particularly the zoom function and the stream quality (substream instead of mainstream). Excellent customer service

Emailed customer service for advice as a client was thinking of ordering a bascom camera system and I'd never fitted one before.Responce was quick and answered all my questions,so I was very happy and told my client to place the order.
