It was really nice to go to a place selling items and your made feel at ease with no sales pressure at all.
We wandered in as you do, knowing very little about hot tubs. We were met very soon after entering, hello can I help etc. yes looking for a hot tub for 2/3 people. We were shown what was there and told the prices and a bit about the company and then left alone to look things over.
We had a few questions so went and asked they were answered quickly and precisely with no need to look details up.
At no time were we put under pressure to buy. We were open saying we were looking at other places to they made no comment to that other than we know we have the best prices but feel free you know where we are and if you have questions regardless of buying or not feel free to call.
Well we did visit others and we did go back and buy.
Even the after care side was talked about they explained the system to us, again no pressure to sign up to it.
The installation went very smoothly, they arrived exactly when they said they would, the job was done with no rushing about or panic just steady and confident.
Luke went through the operating of the tub, I think he’s done that to many times now lol. Our questions were answered and they cleaned everything away and left us to our new toy.
We are delighted with it so far. Money well spent in our view. So nice to deal with a relaxed way of business to. I hate I pressure selling and will just walk away from it, these guys did everything the way I like peaceful, calm, professional and no pressure.

Got what felt like a great price for a sun and soul 550.
Delivery and installation went smoothly, although the installer failed to change the hot tub settings to 32amp so the jets and heater didn't work at the same time. I sent an email and the owner of the company came round to fix the problem the same day!
Hot tub has been running for 2 weeks with no further issues.

Following extensive research and countless hours spent exploring options, my wife and I settled on a Jacuzzi as our top choice. Our search for the ideal supplier led us all over, only to discover the perfect one right nearby. The All Weather Leisure crew was welcoming and didn't resort to aggressive sales tactics, understanding we had already made our decision. Their guidance was excellent, addressing all our inquiries. The installation team was outstanding, providing a pre-installation visit and additional support. If you’re seeking the best, this is undoubtedly the place.

First class communication from start to finish. Never felt like I was asking a stupid question, even though this was our first ever jacuzzi. The handover from sales staff to installation staff was excellent and we actually received the jacuzzi early, due to a cancellation.

Staff absolutely amazing, made our choice of spa so easy. After care cannot fault. We have no qualms in recommending to new customers.

We had an excellent service from the first moment we visited the Shrewsbury showroom. Lots of useful information & advice for a newby, absolutely no sales pressure followed by a second visit for a wet test before placing an order.
Installation was extremely efficient and again, lots of information & tips to get the hot tub ready for first use.
Aftersales has been first class.

The sales staff and after sales support is excellent. We had a hot tub delivered beginning of August and the installation staff were amazing, efficient and friendly. They were very helpful in explaining all we needed to do to maintain the hot tub water quality.

Pre-Sales was great, installation and service great and After-Sales great.

I went for Jacuzzi 332 and it’s brilliant. Don’t believe the low energy consumption figures quoted by Jacuzzi, I’m not sure how
It possible to run a tub on 4-6kWh a day. We use our everyday for a few hours and it’s around 10-20kWh depending on ambient and tub temp.

Overall I’m happy with the product and company. There is one outstanding thing I want to call out and that was the two guys who did the installation. My home was very difficult to get the hot tub in and these guys were amazing. They were extremely professional, considerate of my home, and every inch they had to navigate was hard, and they kept their cool. Impressed

From the day of Ordering right up to the day of Delivery the service has been Outstanding!!!
On the day of Installation they made me feel so confident.

After many miles and days looking and time spent researching what my wife and I wanted, we decided on the best,a Jacuzzi.We then started looking for suppliers of this make. Travelled all over and ended up with the best supplier on our doorstep. The All Weather Leisure team were very approachable with no pushy sales talk, as we had already chosen our model. We had great advice and all questions answered. A great installation team with a pre visit and more advice and help given. Definitely the place to go for the best.

Literally faultless.

Nothing these guys can do to improve and they should be the template for all customer service to be measured against.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely first class. We were never under any pressure from the sales associates, were able to go at our own speed and nothing was too much trouble including multiple visits, emails, wet test etc.

We even had to pause the process half way due to a personal issue, and there were no quibbles at all about this.

The installers were professional, respectful and just generally good guys. This is the sort of company you just want to do business with because they really make you feel well looked after pre, mid & post sale. Thanks for everything guys!

Having looked around for a hot tub for a while we went to All weather leisure Cannock and had a lovely experience whilst choosing the most suitable for our needs. Danni was really helpful and we did not feel under pressure to buy. It made looking around more pleasurable and we were given lots of good advice in terms of what we were going to need for us. Needless to say we purchased our ideal hot tub and have been very happy with everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend, thankyou All weather leisure team
