Good product , Slow shipment

communicatie zeer slecht service ook slecht apparaat is wel goed maar de borstel is van slechte kwaliteit dit gaat om de fixxbrush 18v de borstel is al versleten naar 5 vierkante meter vele malen gebeld met ze 10mei besteld word gezegd dat het geannuleerd is maar niet door mij het bedrijf heeft het opnieuw een order gemaakt maar je krijg geen respons eerdere bestellingen gingen goed maar ditmaal waardeloos

UPDATE: They LIED in their response. I was NOT contacted by email, NOT provided a return label, and the item is still with me. Support is STILL NOT answering my emails either. It has been 10 days.

I purchased a tool from Batavia, the website stated "purchased before 19:00, shipped the same day", I purchased at 14:00 on a Wednesday.

The tool wasn't sent for a few days, so I asked to cancel it. Support answered that it isn't possible because it's "dispatched", which clearly wasn't the case as they just simply activated the shipping label when I ordered, but didn't actually hand over the package.

Later, it actually got shipped, days late, when I already had a replacement. Now I'm stuck with a tool that I don't need, as I bought another one in the meantime due to this one taking too long, and assuming they'd respect the 14-day cooling-off period AND ESPECIALLY canceling the order before it's shipped, but nope.
Now they want me to pay extra to ship it back for a return, and support has stopped answering me.
Absolute joke of a company.

Die geliferte Ware enspricht nicht der Abbildung, auf dem Bild ist die Wasserpumpe mit Ladegerät und Akku Abgebildet und geliefert wurde sie ohne. Und der Rückversand ist kostenpflichtig kostet 13Euro Frechheit

Received the delux or whatever they call it with the water supply attachment. Worthless because it does not fit a hose because of the cheap plastic fittings. Have to go by a female to female adapter to connect the hose. Second the brush, note they only send you one brush, came right off first time attempting to use it. I went to order the other brushes but that is a rippoff and shipping alone was 25 dollars. They did not offer it when I purchased this machine and I even asked. The power switch can be a pain with the angles and you have to push hard to keep it going. I originally gave them a 3 star because of the lack of brushes and how cheap it was designed but after attempting to use it and hook up water to it a 2 is all I can give them.

Goed apparaat en vlot bezorgd alleen lastig om een reserve accu voor het fixxpack assortiment.

Niet duur gewoon goed gereedschap en vlot opgestuurd .

Excellent produit et rapidité d’expédition.

Ik vind uw mailings (na levering van spullen) veel te opdringerig. En deze worden veel te veel herhaald. Alsof u zelf niet overtuigd zou zijn van de kwaliteit van de spullen die u verkoopt. Dit wordt misschien een reden om nooit meer iets bij u te kopen.

The 12V small tacker is a great product!
It comes with 'nieten en spijkers'.

It’s quite heavy to use is, but when it’s on it goes well.

Vriendelijk geholpen, snelle levering.

Twinbrush gekocht om terras te reinigen. Borstels draaien maar zodra hij de vloer raakt slipt de motor en valt de borstel stil! Waardeloos zo. Als je hem laat draaien kan je hem zo tegenhouden. Kan geen druk verdragen!
