I needed a new bat because my ghost bat kept breaking and I had to return it a million times. Thankfully, Steven from the bat flip shop asked me questions about my needs and he quickly helped zero in on the mizuno carbon bat. It has great pop and I’m already getting more playing time on my high school team because I’m hitting well with this new bat! I was in a slump before so I feel like this is the edge I needed. Great customer service!! Thank you so much!!!

This may be the first online review I’ve ever written, but this company deserves a 5 star written review. I looked EVERYWHERE for a specific bat. The only website that had it was BatFlip. I used the chat feature on the site to inquire if this bat really was in stock (as it was out of stock on all other sites). I got a prompt reply that the bat was indeed in stock. I was still skeptical but went ahead with the payment. To my surprise (and my son’s delight) the bat arrived in approximately 10 days. Thank you BatFlip.
