Ordered on the 1st April. Not been dispatched. Tried to email no reply. Seems like a scam.

Currently going through my bank to get my money back

If I could give 0 stars I would. Product was for a Christmas gift. Lasted one bath and broke. What’s worse is customer services are refusing to answer my emails about a refund or replacement. Utter rip off.

Should be a zero paid £17 in May for this item never received. Waited 6 months in total. One e-mail received during that time blaming Covid-19 delays. Asked for a refund ignoring my e-mails and now they have blocked me. Customer service awful. Asked the bank to help me get refund but out of 120 days time limit. Absolute rip-off and joke ... DO NOT BUY PLEASE!

This toy broke twice!!! I was resent the Bathly toy after it broke the first time, but then refused a refund the second time as it was 48 days after purchasing rather than the 30 day returns period. Absolutely awful and worrying that it is probably very unsafe. That said, we really enjoyed it for the short time it worked.

Absolutely rubbish.
Lasted for 2 baths and then died.
Replaced batteries but still nothing.
Total waste of money, really disappointed!

I did not get my order! Its been 6 months still no item. I ordered an item on ebay and was shipped all the way from China through regular mail and I received them in less than a month. Do not buy this product, its a scam!

Took 4 months to get it. No response from the company. Worked for 1 week and now doesnt do anything. Do not waste your money. Horrible company

I didn’t even receive mine, customer services not helpful so paid £30.60 for fresh air

Really overpriced and lasted a day. For a toy which is advertised for water it broke pretty much straight away because water got into it. I'm actually embarrassed I was conned into buying this

Would be zero. Shoddy, cheap toy that didn't even work once. Seriously, do not buy

I have now reported this company to Trading Standards and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Please listen to these reviews.. the toy I'd a very poor quality one. It took me 5 different screwdrivers to open the battery compartment. It comes on automatically when in contact with water, and now a litter bit of water is stuck inside and it wont switch off!! Really poor toy and what a waste of money. Customer services is rubbish too, ignoring my emails

Hideous cheap toy, took yonks to come & was completely unsafe looking, exposed wires & SO LOUD it scared my daughter.... don’t do it!

I ordered this product in may, it arrived mid July, and arrived broken, I emailed customer services asking for a refund and am still waiting for a response.

Can i give a zero??? Do not buy!!!! They break within a week and customer services do not reply to your emails!

Wouldn’t even give a one star, ordered at the start of June and still waiting. Multiple emails, they eventually sent me a tracking number which didn’t even have details on and was dated from May!! (I ordered in June) so this was false information, all they reply to me is “sorry we will contact the shipping company” I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company as they will not refund me after asking multiple times!! Avoid!!

Terrible overpriced product. Stopped working after one use.

Horrible customer service, I bought one of their bath toys for my disabled child for his birthday, the toy has stop working correctly.

The companies response... you are 4 days over the 30 day refund policy, we won't do anything to help you! I never asked for a refund, I asked for help to get the stupid thing working again!

I now have to explain to my disabled child that his favourite toy is not getting fixed at all!

I am however going to paste this everywhere as they are theives selling defected product's!
