Item was shipped weeks ago.. erm no it hasn’t even arrived and I paid for this 6 weeks ago! Then when I’ve asked nicely for a refund, I get no email
Back. Or that they are “looking into “ this for me. They are cow boys. And liars. Sharon has lied to me and insulted my intelligence from customer service.

I’ve emailed them 6 times and have been given a terrible excuse each time.

I’ve emailed trading standards and am awarding a phone call.

You make me sick.

Product took ages to arrive is a rubbish quality and customer service is non existent. I always try to support small businesses however in this case it backfired. AVOID!!

Faulty after one use, Cheap bad construction. Their customer service response is non existent. If you've paid for the item on a credit card you should be able to claim the money back for the item not being fit for purpose.

Terrible experience!! The Bathly doesn’t actually exist. What you receive is a cheap Chinese version called UFO water sprayer which is available on Ebay or Amazon for a fraction of the price. All Bathly do is send your order to China who ship the cheaper version direct to you which then arrives on a damaged box as it’s travelled half way around the world. Please avoid!!!

My “Bathly” arrived in a terrible battered box and is labelled as a Space UFO. Not worth £18 - no instructions and spelling mistakes on the box would be funny if I wasn’t so peeved about being ripped off. Shipped from China and biggest scam ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Absolute joke of a company - it’s just some plastic crap that looks like it’s from a Chinese market stall... which would be fine if you’d paid the £1 it’s prob worth from there.

Took a month to arrive (as it’s direct from a Chinese market stall) and arrived broken!! It’s designed for kids so breaks just aren’t acceptable!

Have tried numerous times to contact on email - no response. Have had responses on Instagram but nothing more than the team will look into your issue - clearly Instagram adverts are where they make the money from suckers like me.

Can’t believe I have been stupid enough to buy this for £18 - will be reporting to trading standards.

It arrived after about 7 weeks. I put batteries in and in the bath. Lights came on but sprinkler didn’t. Emailed them and sent a video and got an email back saying they would look into it.
Been putting it in the bath every night since and about 2 weeks later the sprinklers started working. Yay... except now it won’t turn off, it’s on at all times and you have to unscrew it and get the batteries out while it’s still wet to get the stupid thing to stop.
Emailed the company again, no reply. Don’t waste your money

I wouldnt even give them one start but I can't give any less.
Not only did my packaging arrive broken a month late. The electrical side of it is shocking! I bought this for nephews birthday and now I dont feel safe giving this to him for it to go in the bath. I am very disappointed!
If I was you I wouldnt waste your money and get something else. I am going to be asking for a refund!

Ordered the 1st of May. Got confirmation email of my order and payment that same day. Next email was a week later saying the order was confirmed and that I would receive an email when the items were shipped. Waited for over 5 weeks with no said email and no clue if the order was actually shipped. Then contacted them via email and on their 'contact us' section on their webpage. No reply to either even after a week when it says they aim to reply within 3 business days. Tried again, no reply. I then went and politely commented on one of their Facebook page posts asking if they were able to reply to my inquiry. Comment got deleted, so I kept adding similar comments asking for my order to be sent or answers to my inquiry. All comments were deleted and no response given again. I saw a few other cranky comments all got deleted pretty fast as well. I then got banned from commenting. So I went onto their Instagram page as a last attempt before I was going to go to my bank to see if I could get the money back. Sent a cranky DM in which they FINALLY replied with a tracking number which had never been sent to me before. We only JUST got the order last week. One is already not working properly (lights are dull), but the kids do love them and have a great time in the bath. I have now re ordered the same product for much cheaper off ebay coming from Australia. Hopefully it won't take 8 or so weeks to arrive! I get that covid19 is impacting delivery times, etc, but there is no excuse for their absolute poor service and communication!

There's no such thing as a Bathly, it's a cheap Chinese toy called a Space UFO that they're reselling for 3x the price on Amazon. They even include a card thanking you for supporting a small business! Whoever these guys are they're running a clever scam. The photo of the creators on their website is a stock photo too.

Ordered item at the end of may and has just arrived today, wish I had never bothered! It arrived in a battered box and inside was wrapped in bubble wrap but looks like it’s second hand. Has a crack in the base and part of the wheel fell off as I lifted it out of box. Was not aware it was coming from China and it is just cheap tat definitely not worth the £18 I paid for it! I don’t feel it’s safe to give to my child to play with so will be going straight in the bin.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Ordered 2nd May and havent received it. Replied to my first chasing email saying I had to follow up with local post and then never replied to my next two emails. If you look on their facebook posts it will say e.g 100 comments and then when you go into read them there will only be about 10. Thats because they delete any bad comments or comments chasing delivery..just look at the number of angry face emojis. Ive submitted a claim with my bank today so hopefully get it back.

Ordered beginning of June after asking if the toy would be despatched in time for the 21st June. Assured me it would be. Just got an email today saying it's been dispatched. One unhappy birthday boy. Would never reccomend them to anyone. Stay clear.

Took over 3 months to arrive, wrapped in bubble wrap from china label. No packaging, instructions etc.

Need to put batteries in by unscrewing the back which was difficult as it vert deep.

Overall dodgey item, dodgey company, I can only assume the comments on Facebook and Instagram are fake.

The items they advertise are actually cheap, made in China tat. Their only positive reviews on Instagram and Facebook are from customers who receive their products for free in payment for the good reviews.

I made the mistake of purchasing a bath toy for my daughter a short while ago.

I waited over a month for it to arrive, and despite paying for tracked delivery, was fobbed off repeatedly by ‘customer services’ (I use the term loosely) who refused to give me the tracking number.

When it finally arrived, it broke almost immediately.

I then had to send numerous emails, most of which were ignored, and after more than 6 weeks, I am still waiting for my full refund.

The company is an absolute disgrace. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and I urge you to think very carefully before making a purchase from them.

Only sorry I didn’t see these comments on time. I ordered my item on 16 th May and it arrived today. It looks like someone played a game of football with the package and the item Itself wasn’t new. Needless to say the item didn’t work either and the wiring internally was all disconnected.

SCAM..... Do Not Give This Company Your Money!!!!!!

Ordered in April. Emailed numerous times to chase, automated response "it's been sent, check your post office" never any tracking details. Asked the question on their Facebook page and my comment was deleted and I was blocked by them, same with my wife. Have asked my Credit Card to investigate.

This company is a SCAM - don't pay them.

Ordered on the 17th of April - finally arrived on the 30th July! I actually felt I had been scammed 30 quid as I’d bought two with them taking so long.
No correspondence from the company (is tried to contact several times and commented on Facebook) what so ever however pleased they arrived... finally!!

Ordered on 4th May 2020, item still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them and filled in their online contact form, no response. I have commented on their Facebook page, each time was comments were removed. I have now been blocked by them. It is now pretty obvious that their "reviews" on their Facebook page are actually fake.

Ordered on the 9th May order still not received. I have contact them twice was advised. Delayed due to COVID-19. They are liars as my tracking number does not work. Nice morals taking peoples hard earned cash they got £27 for free from me. Absolutely disgusting company. Karma
