This issue has now been resolved. BathroomDeal are not the company arranging delivery. This was not specified on completion of the order or on the confirmation email. If I had been aware then I would have answered the calls. Being self employed you get a lot of calls from outside the area that you work, so often they are ignored and not answered. I have altered my stars to 3 to reflect this and maybe BathroomDeal can improve customer service.

Ordered a basin form the company on the 4th May 2023. Received email to let me know the order had been received and a member of staff would contact me for delivery. As of the 10/11th May still no contact. Called company on phone line which went straight to answer phone. Left message for them to contact me but still no contact. One irate customer awaiting the fitting of their basin.

Good quality products, very good in value. Delivery was delayed by a day, constant phone and messages updates from them making sure it was delivered the day after. Will be buying from them again if redoing my bathroom.

I ordered 2 shower screens from Bathroom deal and was contacted quickly to arrange delivery, the order was delivered on time. When I found a problem I was a little concerned as I had read the reviews on here. I rang bathroom deal and the lady on the phone was very helpful, immediately offering to collect and refund the order, however I said that I would just like a replacement and again that was sorted swiftly. I am really pleased with the screens and would definitely use Bathroom Deal again.

Really bad descriptions, they are misleading with their pictures and you pay a lot of money for something that is far away from reality and what you expected. Avoid by all means!

I purchased an electric radiator which didn't come with the parts it needed to power it - this wasn't made clear on their website (they told me a pop up should have told me, but it didn't). After receiving the item and realising it wasn't compete they then told me I needed to pay extra (almost £150 on top of a £300 radiator), for those parts. I then asked for a refund to which they charged me £50 to process/return. I am coming to the end of a renovation project and have never had any issues with companies to this extent.

Was a bit sceptical at first due to only 2 reviews.
Before placing my order I phoned to confirm there was stock, after placing my order the lady on customer service phoned me back to confirm and she was very polite.
Couple days later the delivery driver gave me a curtesy call which gave me time to be back to receive my goods.
Overall very happy with the service I received.

On a separate note if anyone reading this does have issues pls remember the people on customer service are there to answer phone the are not usually the company please remember that they are only human too.

Great experience all round. I needed a particular radiator urgently and the woman in sales helped me get it marked as urgent with the delivery team. The delivery driver phoned me a few hours later saying he would deliver tomorrow and then phoned again in the morning to say when he was due to arrive. Product itself is excellent and for a very good price. Very happy. Thanks!

The lady in customer service who said she's the manager was very rude. She was very aggressive after I called on Monday after already calling on Friday just to ask when it will likely arrive as the order has been delayed twice.
I asked her to please stop giving me an attitude and she just said that no because I'm giving her an attitude. Even though I was upset with 2 weeks of delays I was still talking calmly to her and did not deserve her mistreatment.
