would of liked to have received an email stating when item was dispatched is my only issue. Apart from that arrived nicely boxed and in reasonable time.

Quality of items was also excellent and a far better price than elsewhere.

The only negative is the tracking info from yodel, got a text on the day the delivery was coming and a two hour slot.
Previous evening it was supposedly still with Bathroom deco.
However, I managed to get away from work and get home for when items delivered.

Very good value for money. I ordered an outdoor garden table which was priced much lower than on other websites like B & Q and Robert Dyas. The same table was £112 at B & Q. We paid £78. I'm also pleased to say this company were on Topcashback too so I've earned just over £5 so it's actually cost £73. Checked the table on their website this afternoon and the price has been put up to £110 so not sure if the low price we paid was a mistake. However I ordered it on Easter Sunday, it was delivered today by Yodel who can be a bit unreliable. We hadn't heard a thing until this morning we got a text with a delivery timeslot. It's a lovely sturdy table with all weather rattan and tempered glass top. Easy to assemble and looks great. Very pleased. If the price we paid was not an error of theirs, but just a pre Spring price then it's been incredible value. Very happy.

Great product and efficient delivery.
Lovely mirror and the Bluetooth speakers work well. The LED light has a nice bright glow. Plenty of storage space and a place to charge our tooth brushes.

The cabinet we bought was damaged in transit despite the extensive packaging and protection. As a result it was not in a state that we could use. Rather than have to mess about sending it back and having provide evidence, they kindly refunded the cost and didn't require it to be returned. Good customer service and pragmatic approach to a problem outside of their and our control.

The product was beautiful but unfortunately I had to return it as it wasn't suitable.
I was meant to return the 22kg parcel independently (I was stressing)
However Sophia who was fantastic throughout the return process arranged it for me and was so helpful. Parcel was picked up from my home yesterday and I have already had e mail confirming refund.
I would definately recommend buying from this company, feel you get the personal touch and that they actually care going over and above what they need to do.
