We drove from Gold Coast to Sydney to pick up a toilet and cistern in black (we were going there anyway).

Picked it up, returned to GC and waited a few weeks until our plumbers could install.

First clue is on the box which alludes to the fact that if you don't open and inspect and report a fault within 2 days then they will not be responsible for any defect.

Plumber opened box for cistern and there was a hairline crack on bottom.

Rang Bathroom Hub and advised to send pics which we did. No response for several days. Rang again and told plumber had over tightened fitment but plumber had not installed it.

Was promised a reply from the "Manager" but nothing for over a week.

Plumber advised the cistern is clearly a knock off product and fixing holes nowhere where they should be.

This is not a company you should be doing business with and we will pursue this through Fair Trading.

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience – buyer beware

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bathroom Hub Online has been extremely frustrating.

I placed my order on 12 August. For the next 15 days, I received no meaningful update regarding my order. I eventually called them and was told that the order would be shipped the following day.

After waiting another three days, I called again and was told that the order would be delivered over the weekend. Unfortunately, nothing arrived and I still did not receive a proper shipping update.

At that point, I had no confidence that the order was actually going to be fulfilled, so I opened a dispute with my credit card provider and was refunded.

What concerns me most is the lack of communication and the repeated assurances that the order was about to be shipped or delivered, when that clearly did not happen.

The prices may look attractive, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing. There are also other recent customer reviews reporting issues with delayed orders, stock availability, communication and returns.

My personal experience: I would not purchase from this business again and would recommend exercising extreme caution before placing an order.

For me, the cheap price was simply not worth the stress, wasted time and uncertainty.

Extremely disappointing experience. We were provided with incorrect information and misleading descriptions about the products we purchased, which has cost us hundreds of dollars.

Since discovering the issue, we have emailed the company four separate times and have received no response. When we call, we are simply told to send an email, despite our previous emails being ignored. The lack of customer service and accountability has been unacceptable.

As a result, we will be lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Based on our experience, we strongly encourage others to exercise caution before purchasing from this company. Be warned – if you encounter a problem, don’t expect any meaningful after-sales support.

Purchased items online, wrong items shipped. Contacted company by phone and email. No response. Could not get correct items shipped or refund. Now having to go through bank fraud process to get refund. Do not use this dodgy company!

Ordered an item, paid for it on the 4th July, never heard anything from them.
Then on the 8th July got an email saying refunded. Nothing else, not even why!!
Won’t use again.

Good customer service, got my item on time and was exactly what I expected. Smooth process

Without a doubt, this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with.

I ordered items that were listed as in stock, with an advertised shipping timeframe of 1–3 business days. After a week with no update, I sent an email and received no response. I then called three times before someone finally answered. I was told that my order was being packed and would be shipped shortly.

After another week passed without receiving a shipping confirmation, I called again and was advised that my order would not be shipped to Victoria until they had a larger shipment to send together, supposedly to reduce the risk of breakages. I was then told the order would be sent by the end of that week.

By this stage, it had been three weeks since I placed the order.

The order was to be delivered to Cheltenham, Victoria, but instead I received a call from a warehouse in Tullamarine advising that I would need to collect the items myself. They stated they would not ship to my address because they could not guarantee the products would arrive without damage.

As I had a plumber booked for the following day, I had no choice but to spend $90 on an Uber to collect the items myself.

The business showed little concern for the inconvenience or additional cost caused. I was essentially told to either collect the order or not receive my items at all.

Very disappointing service, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care.

Told our order had been sent only to find out after 4 phone calls that there was no stock and it was placed on backorder. Horrible communication and customer service.

I bought a toilet from here because I couldn't find one anywhere else in the style I wanted with the right colour flush buttons. I was nervous because of the reviews but they went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in time for my reno deadlines and I'm absolutely thrilled with the finished renovation. I just bought the same one for the other bathroom. Thanks team. ETA I only just realised this was the same place I previously bought a tap from for my kitchen reno. Both times the reviews nearly put me off but I had a great experience both times and the produce was excellent. Acknowledge they do seem to have an issue with shipping/logistics, so make sure you plan ahead. You might have issues if you are working to a tight deadline

Just don't use them. Simple. Forget the lower prices. Forget that it says "in stock". It's not. They don't hold stock. They are a reseller, which is why there are so many complaints about people not receiving their products for months if ever. Emails will go unanswered, if you phone you get some random guy who doesn't use the company name. Super dodgy. This is why I pay with PAYPAL. If there's a supply issue, I can raise a dispute and get refunded. Give Bathroom Hub Online a BIG MISS. Plenty of other reputable suppliers out there that work hard for their customers.

Took two weeks for them to dispatch even though items were in stock, now months later says order has been fulfilled, have called multiple times they say they’ve sent for delivery but got mixed up and ended up in a different state, still haven’t received tapware has delayed my reno big time.

Don’t buy from this company.
Fraudulent with tax application under Australian consumer law. The listed price should include tax but its added on as additional cost at sale. They send you links to sites that don’t work for transport view your order. It looks like we’ve done our money. If you want to risk it good luck.

I ordered some BN Floor wastes. Simple off the shelf items. The website did not say anything about being out of stock. I have now been waiting for almost a month. I chased them up 1.5 weeks ago and they promised I would have them in a few days but there has been no shipping confirmation and I still have not received anything. The staff were unapologetic. This is holding up progress on my building site. I certainly would not order through them again.

In May 2024, I purchased several items from your store, including three “Geberit Sigma 8 In-Wall Siren Rimless Toilet Suites with ABS Buttons.”

When the bathrooms were ready for fit-off, we noticed the buttons were missing. I contacted your team on 11 November 2024, confirmed the button type, and was advised that an additional $225 payment was required. Although the project was not yet at finalisation, I proceeded with payment.

Since then, I have followed up regularly—approximately once a month. Each time, I was informed that the items were on their way. This occurred again on 8 July and 2 September, when I was told to expect delivery within three weeks on both occasions.

I called again on Friday and was advised that I would receive a callback on Monday. This did not occur, so I followed up today and was informed that the product I paid for was unavailable, but that a substitute could be shipped instead.

To be clear, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and professional. However, it appears there are issues with your order-tracking or logistics systems. Unfortunately, this experience has caused significant inconvenience and will influence our decision to use your business in future projects.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as resolving these logistical challenges could greatly improve your operations and customer satisfaction.

2 unanswered emails, 4 phone calls and 4 weeks waiting for an order that never arrived. Told it was on its way but they 'couldn't find it' When I asked how they could lose a bathroom vanity they said it was in a large container somewhere?!! Absolute waste of time. Wish I could give them -10 for complete lack of service.

Absolutely terrible, do NOT purchase from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly 4 weeks and I still haven’t got my order. Haven’t even got a tracking number despite 7 emails and 1 phone call with an unprofessional employee who had no idea what he was doing. Extremely frustrated and will not be purchasing from them again.

The quick service was appreciated and items ordered are exactly what I wanted.

Initial delivery was fine but needed to return items and then the nightmare began. No response on 7 attempted emails to initiate return.
Eventually rang multiple times to ask for return address and after weeks of reminders got return address via text and sent items back but never ever got a refund.

Still in the process of dispute and charge-back via our bank, this has been going on for months now.

We recently renovated our bathrooms and we purchased everything from Bathroom Hub. Best Service Ever. I live in Country NSW and my goods were delivered in 3 days. Should I mention that their freight charges are extremely low compared to other companies. They sell high quality products at a fraction of the cost. Very Happy with the quality of their goods and brilliant Service
