delay supplying product but kept me up to date

The item was damaged but when I emailed and sent pictures I was told that I could be given a £50off voucher code to purchase a new one. It was bent and the chrome was crinkled as soon as we opened the box. No visible damage on the box so obviously must have been damaged before it was shipped.

The company was under previous ownership and went into liquidation.
The company is now up and running again under a new experienced ownership. I have ordered numerous items from them for my new bathroom and their service has been excellent with efficient communication and delivery. A very helpful team.

Always a great service from Bathroom Planet. Great selection of products at competitive prices. Arrived when promised too.

Shocking. Placed order for thousands of pounds worth of sinks, order confirmed yet company went into liquidation days later and have since recommenced trading under the same name.
I wouldn't place an order with this lot if the products were free.

Just ordered 2 x Reina radiators having been let down three times by other suppliers and these guys couldn't have been more helpfull, they answered the phone promptly and even rang Reina to make sure the radiators were actually in stock. Apparently they have just bought the company from the liquidators and their service so far is first rate and they're a pleasure to deal with.

Did not receive item purchased for £78 and did not get money refunded due to being told you had gone into receivership.

They took my money only for me to find they had gone into provisional liquidation!!
Two weeks later I see they still had an online presence selling items.
Fortunately, my bank managed to get my payment back.

Took nearly £900 from me, emailed me to say some items are our of stock and will be dispatched in 2 weeks.
I asked for a refund. The next week they went into liquidation with my money.
Had to contact my bank and my bank refunded me.

Shocking... lie about stock quality, lie about delivery. Order cancelled and ordered from alternative supplier.

The company has gone bust. Never received the goods. No chance of getting our money back.

You went into liquidation and I never received my product or got a refund from you. Zero stars from me. You sent me an email saying the product was out of stock and could I wait for the product. You probably knew that you were going into liquidation and still took my money.

Why are you seeking reviews for this company when they are insolvent?

Took money and went into liquidation shortly afterwards (must have known they were in trouble at the time), no notification until we check order progress some weeks later... poor all round... although suspect they won't be troubled by the 1-star.

Paid on credit card so was refunded in full.

Really quite shameful that you ask for feedback after you took our money without any delivery as you have filed for liquidation!!!!

Company went into administration a week after placing an order. Never receive the product or refund.

Plus the cheek of it asking for a review of a toilet I never received… 3 month after they went into administration. It now seems the company is back up and running. Still no sign of a refund though.

Paid for my order. The following day received an email saying the item was out of stock and I could have a full refund. After one month chased my refund to find out they had gone into liquidation 2 days after I placed my order. No goods and no refund! £204 out of pocket.

Absolutely awful took my payment then sent an email to ask me to wait for goods satiny out of stock a week later went bust how is this allowed Totaly corrupt
