Paid for a toilet. Received an email saying out of stock for 2 weeks (which was a lie) then they went into liquidation and I cannot get my money back from the bank because I didn’t pay on credit card. Not sure why you’ve sent me a review email for something I will never receive and I’m out of pocket £364!!

Received an email asking for feedback. Is this a joke? Company is on liquidation; got my money and never delivered what I ordered. Obviously one star

IN LIQUIDATION. TOOK PAYMENT AND DID NOT SUPPLY GOODS. REFUND YOUR CUSTOMERS - IMMORAL PRACTICES.

Order never arrived! I felt mislead by the company as they took the payment and told me the items were out of stock and there would be a short delay. A few weeks later the company creased to trade which left me out of pocket without the goods. 0 for customer service!

I purchased ( supposedly an in-stock item) a shower valve to the cost of £150.86 on 31st July 2022 - got an email saying it was out of stock and would I wait… so being patient and a decent person …. I waited, and waited… no further communication from them since their first email message- chased them a few times via email no answer. Never received my goods and it’s now 10th October 2022, no refund despite requesting via their email; not so much as a reply from them. The phone number is out of action so must be a scam company, I’m trying to claim my money back. It’s not a massive amount of money but why should they have it? Now I have to fiddle on trying to get money returned via bank.
I HOPE TO SAVE OTHERS TROUBLE!!!
Their website needs to be taken down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM x

I placed an order for a Shower Tray as it was showing as in stock and will be delivered in 3 days.
They came back after a few days saying it will be 2-3 weeks of wait. I requested for a refund and they said the refund will be issued soon.
This was arranged in July and even now in October they didn't process the refund. The contact number they provided on their website, 0333 444 9444 is not in use.
A rogue company to avoid at any cost.

Do not buy anything from this company. I have not got my money back . They appear to have gone into liquidation.

The worst experience ever! Please don't fall and do not buy anything from them. 100% you are going to loose your money. They are in liquidation atm. I haven’t received the items ordered neither the refund. Very disappointed

Ordered a toilet cistern and was told it was on back order. So I cancelled and asked for a refund only to be told the company had gone into liquidation. And their website is still active, taking payments with no intention of delivering goods. Absolutely dreadful experience. Trying to clawback the money through my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY

After spending just over £600 with bathroom planet and waiting for my delivery on 22nd August, bathroom planet went into liquidation taking my money with them.

WARNING They have gone into liquidation. Before that, they took £1000 of our money, mislead us, lied and refused to cancel or refund us, then liquidated and we can’t get our money back. Terrible business.

This company is in liquidation but still appear to be trading. They have taken my money but not delivered my goods. Do not buy anything from them.

This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with, they take your money and two or three days they say they don’t have the items and that will take 4-5 weeks to get it back in stock them you ask for a refunds and the company them reply saying company when to liquidation.
