Fantastic customer service!
We have had the most fantastic experience with this company. Having bought items from various online shops this company have been the best by a long way. Their customer service is brilliant, we have emailed questions about products and received quick and detailed answers, they were flexible about delivery and when we needed to exchange a product they organised for a delivery and collection the next day. Thank you to Becky and Afia who we dealt with, they were both brilliant.

Exceptional customer service
The customer service I received at BASD was exceptional thanks to a gem of a lady called Afia. She took ownership of my delivery and as well as keeping me informed at every step, she ensured my delivery went smoothly. A lovely lady to deal with and an excellent representative of BASD. Best customer service ever. Thank you Afia.
