Horrific customer experience – do not recommend

We ordered a bathroom vanity for €1200 in November and experienced repeated delays in delivery, with three calls from the company giving conflicting information about whether they would be sending a unit from the showroom and ultimately deciding to wait for a new batch of stock from the supplier. The unit finally arrived in December, and we pushed our install date to January. On the day of installation we opened the box to discover that the vanity unit was badly damaged and unusable, the side was cracked in three places and the marble top broken and chipped throughout.

The company initially apologised and promised a replacement within two weeks, but after multiple emails and unanswered phonecalls, we received a sudden email saying they would not replace it. This is completely unacceptable and a violation of consumer rights. A faulty product was delivered by this company and has to be replaced as they agreed in email.

It is disgraceful that a company can treat customers this way. I will be taking this to Small Claims Court and reporting it under Irish consumer law if the issue is not resolved.

I ordered an siphon for the bath and waited 5 weeks. Only after repeatedly contacting customer support did I learn they wouldn’t deliver it at all. A complete waste of time, terrible service, and awful communication.

I bought a folding bath screen from them: Gulietta Black 3-Wing Bath Screen

The bath screen is an absolute disaster with a very bad design. The rubber sealant that is supposed to stop water leaking does not do its job because 3 separate pieces need to be installed on the 3 glass panels and they do not overlap properly and there are gaps.

The gaps between the panels themselves is also not seal properly meaning water is leaking from 5 different places.

Upon mentioning it to them, they claim a foldable bath screen will have gaps which is not right. I had a foldable bath screen before and there were no gaps and no water leaked.

Furthermore, I twice tried to put a review of the bath screen on their website and even after the passage of 1 week, the review does not appear on the products page.

I have now demanded a full refund and waiting to hear from them.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and received no update. When I contacted the company I was told my order would be processed in October. This would be over 3 months after the order was placed. I requested a refund. Absolute terrible service.

I placed an order with them about a month ago and have not received any feedback on the status of my order. I called them several times and didn't get a specific answer on when I would receive my order. I also canceled one of the ordered products and am expecting to get my money back. It's great to support small businesses, but not in the case of dishonest traders. I am very disappointed.

Only left one star because I had to in order to leave a review. I have dealt with this company alot during the year, as I have an interior design company. However, I had an issue with a screen for a client and they told me it had been a special order - but this was never advised to me. They also only gave me the width measurements 900mm but not the height - standard height is 1950mm but the one they sent me was 2000mm. I am very disappointed that they would not help on this occassion.

Going forward, I will not deal with them and I will encourage all my client base and colleagues to do the same.

This was an extremely expensive screen.

The worst company to deal ever. I order by phone what i needed and was waiting for 2 months until they delivered. I was email number of tomes,phone them and every time different excuse why its not delivered. Finally when they delivered come out its different item that i need. Contact them to change it. Now they don't answer emails, phone or WhatsApp .Terrible service and bussines, don't recommend anyone.

Mirror is great, fast delivery.
But customer service in actual shop could be a bit better.
But in general I am really happy!

Purchase only made after delivery date guaranteed. Never arrived, eventually had to organise then to deliver to site, 3 week after originally promised. Could have collected from Tubs and Tiles with a 3 day delay. Only did business with the sales guy as I thought he was genuine in his assurence, even told him I could go elsewhere if he can't deliver on time. Promised me he could even said he got on to suppliers by phone to ensure product would arrive on time, lot of BS. Would never recommend you to anybody.
