The deliver driver was rude. He dumped the goods on the pallet on the pavement and drove off. We didn't get 20 minutes as stated to check the items for any damage.

Fantastic Customer Service!
The bath I ordered was of excellent quality and far better than that from another company which I had to return because it was so flimsy and didn't match the specifications on the website. The Trojan Eaton from bathroom Supastore is beautifully made and looks lovely too. James and Evan were so helpful and always at the end of the phone if I needed advice or help - in contrast to companies who only have chatbots!
