Good delivery but awful after care
Good delivery but poor after care. I have a Faulty mirror that does not function as it should. I have been going round in circles trying to get a replacement. Customer service have tried to tell me that it must be a problem with my electrics. I had my house rewired to modern day building Regs by a reputable electrician and the new bathroom fitted around the same, so this is not the case. The mirror is definitely faulty as the electrician has confirmed power is going to the mirror, but itâs not working. I have dealt with many companies during my extensive renovations and have received immediate replacements where things have arrived damaged. This is not the case here.

The website worked efficiently, and so ordering was easy. Delivery was very fast and, when it arrived, the driver carried the bath into the house for us. I was initially disappointed by notâŠ
I was initially disappointed by not being told over the phone the tray I was interested in buying and listed as "due in soon" was in fact on special order only, it being ANTI-SLIP. "Due in soon" does not convey the truth. I waited and after a month or so I rang up again to ask when they would be in stock. This is when I was clearly given the correct version and I would have to wait 4 weeks for them to receive it. It finally took longer than that due to the Christmas break.
Other than that, everything else was fine and once they received it, the enclosure and tray were delivered very quickly.
