Baton’s whole team (especially Dylan) really went to bat for me. I sold my business in 6 months and was happy with the end results.
I never felt pressured and everything was always my decision.
They had a very clear pricing structure and were transparent the entire time. I’d recommend them for selling your business.

I have worked with several business brokers in the past, and Baton was by far my best experience. They were very helpful right from the beginning with their valuation of the business and right through closing. The buyer of my business even commented to me how the information Baton provided made it so much easier to evaluate the business and that is what made them make an offer. They had never seen anything so thorough from any other broker. If I am ever buying or selling a business again, I know exactly who I am calling to assist me. Thank you!

Baton, on the other hand, plays a far more active role in marketing the businesses they represent. Great information and great customer service!

I was a customer of Baton. I can tell you first hand about my experience. Let me preface this by saying that I had contracted a local broker for about a year and a half who did practically nothing to sell my business. I came across Baton and had some hesitancy because they promised a lot. I went ahead and signed with them and was told they would have multiple fair offers on the table and would likely close within six months. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical. The process of putting together information for the sale was a lot of work. After the first month or so, results really started to pour in. We had well over 100 interested buyers, around a dozen interviews with prospective buyers, 3 good buyer offers and selected the best of the bunch in about 5 months time. Throughout the process Dylan with Baton communicated what was going on and worked diligently to generate the best offer. I was astounded at the value and service of this company and would recommend anyone interested in selling to work with them. They promise a lot and over deliver and help through a stressful process. Working with them was one of the best business decisions we could have made for the next chapter of my company

The company valuation was very helpful in letting me know where my business currently stands. They also discussed the best way to increase the value moving forward which helped me to make sure my focus is in the right areas. Everyone was very professional and polite, eager to help in any way they can. When it comes time to sell I will be reaching out to Baton to get it done.
