I mistakingly bought the wrong size. I realized it immediately after once looking at my emailed receipt. I called the number on the website and spoke to a real person who said it was no problem and he’d take care of it the next day. My problem was resolved and I received an updated receipt the next day just as promised. Completely satisfied.

Excellent Products with Amazing Customer Service
I’ve been buying bats from Bats Plus for the past year, and I can’t recommend them enough—especially their selection of Monsta bats! The quality, performance, and customer service have been outstanding.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with James Toy, who has always been incredibly responsive to my emails and questions about bat availability. Even though Monsta bats don’t come with a warranty, I’ve had two bats crack over the past year, and James has always been willing to work with me and make things right. That level of customer service is hard to find, and it’s one of the main reasons I continue to shop here.
Another thing that sets Bats Plus apart is the performance of their bats. I’ve purchased bats from other places, but the ones I’ve gotten from Bats Plus have always been hot right out of the wrapper! They’ve never disappointed, and the pop has been unreal. Over the past year, I’ve bought three King of Diamonds models (2023, 2024, and 2025) and the “We the People” 2025 oz ML Torch—all of them have been amazing to swing and still have compression for ASA leagues and tournaments.
Between the quality of the bats, competitive pricing, and top-tier customer service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a reliable place to buy Monsta bats, Bats Plus is the way to go!

Great price, very fast shipping, definitely worth it!
The bats were used but in great condition. They felt great at first site after unboxing them. Shipping was very fast and arrived when said by the Bats Plus owner.
I was able to get both bats at a very good price and definitely within budget. I plan on shopping more from Bats Plus in the future. I can't wait to use these in BP or a game in my league.

The bat seems heavier than most it…
The bat seems heavier than most it flexs alot more than other bats hard to get timing down. Don't know if it's cause handle is so skinny

Thanks for the review. You bought the heaviest and most endloaded version of the bat, so it's going to feel heavy. It has an alloy handle and that's the stiffest possible material. The handle is a standard size for a softball bat and all brands are the same. You can probably try a thicker bat wrap/grip.

Bats Plus…
Today is the third day since Bats Plus refused to refund my full amount for returning a damaged bat I felt was cracked. Their response to my complaint was that I took the wrapper off and put scratches on bat, then returned it, yet he called me a thief but he now has the bat as well as 1/2 of what I paid. BAD Business! Now he claims I harass. From day one I regret purchasing a bat from him. All I want is fairness!
