Booked a Tyre Repair online, Provided contact details and got a comformation email stating that the repair person was on the way at 0830. At 1230 I called to see where the repair person was and was told that they dont provide services in my state. No email, no call and Wasted 3 hours of time. Thanks for nothing.

I called to get tyre change, a guy showed up and look at my tyre, apparently need to be replaced. I don’t have spare tyre, and he said he couldn’t do anything to help, he asked me to pay for show up $99. The price is over and doesn’t make sense just to show up not even 10mins, without fixing anything. End up I have to find another service.

1 star for promptness. 0 stars for honouring their warranty. My husband was told my dash cam was draining my battery so they didn’t have to give us a new battery. When you buy a dash cam the box should read “Warning, this dash cam WILL suck the life out of your battery “

Booked a jumpstart service for my motor scooter, was promised service within 45 minutes, and that roadside assistance would text me when 10 minutes away, then call when three minutes away. I said I’ll just confirm that, because I will be on another call and will receive the text but won’t get a call. Confirmed, they said. You guessed it, they tried to call me three times within the space of two minutes, then sent me a text saying that my job had been on put on hold. I called back immediately, and they said it would be another hour. I pointed out that I was following their instructions, but they weren’t following theirs. I got the usual Australian brush off “no worries mate… No problems mate”. I then waited another hour for the same technician, who then called again (rather than texting), fortunately I was able to receive the call. He said he’d be 20 minutes, he ended up being 35. A 2 1/2 hour wait for a promised 45 minute service. Absolutely dreadful, for a very straightforward business model. There are much better services out there that deliver as promised. Never using these guys again. Also, all of their advertising material mentions five star Google reviews, which clearly is very different from a review. You will receive on an unpaid and affiliated review system - it’s rigged.

Refused to give a warranty replacement battery on a 3-month-old premium Battery because cabin light was left on and drained battery. Battery charged for 12 hours and did not even produce a dim light on the Instrument Cluster. In other words: completely shorted -out. Their Warranty contains many exclusions that are not visible when you electronically sign the Invoice.
