Akku von absolut schlechter Qualität

Akku von absolut schlechter Qualität. Nach 15 Monaten End of Life. Garantie: 12 Monate. Super kalkulitert, und dass man damit prahlt, nach 12 Monaten nur eine geringere Leistung von maximal 20% zu garantieren, spielt dann auch keine Rolle mehr, obwohl es offensichtlich ist, dass ein Akku, der nach 15 Monaten tot ist, bereits nach 12 Monaten fast tot war.

Ich hatte einen Akku für einen HP…

Ich hatte einen Akku für einen HP Laptop gekauft. Leider hatte der nicht deutlich mehr Leistung als der Original defekte Akku. Innerhalb eines Jahres sank die Leistung deutlich ab. Jetzt nach 14 Monaten meldet HP das ein fehlerhafter Akku verbaut ist. Nach Anfrage bei BatteryEmpire - keine Garantie keine Kulanz. Schade!

Cannot reach the company either by phone or email

I have three tickets (not sure each one is each one) 1572538 1404757 1375767.

I returned a 65w charger twice, because the two products stopped working the same way.
The second time, I asked for a refund, but since the carrier confirmed that the parcel was delivered, Battery Empire team just stopped replying my emails. I can not reach them by phone either.

Not sure if they check this web site, but if they do, please process my refund.

Keine Antwort wegen Ersatz

Da meine USV nach ca 1 Jahr kaputt ging und ich noch Garantie habe, schrieb ich Batteryempire über ebay (Dort gekauft) seit 1 Monat keine Reaktion. Dann über die Website geschrieben Auch Garkeine Reaktion. Ich Bleibe auf meine Kaputten sachen sitzen, Da keiner Antwortet. Finger Weg davon!!

Easy to order and arrived on time

It was fairly easy to order and the item arrived when predicted. Price seemed reasonable.

The EU site lets you order, but then says it no longer ships to UK. Although the EU and UK sites are essentially the same, the EU one is a little better in wording, etc. It initially seems cheaper, because no VAT added on.
