Great first experience, slick, clean and smooth

Great first experience, starting my ride with a super nice and clean car. A weekend with my 3 excited sons as they love the car because he’l looks like brand new and everything just works as it should.
Love the fact I can take the boys and their friends somewhere in a larger car soon as well due to BattMobility’s flexibility!

The worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever.

The service was very quick and efficient when it came to collecting payment, but after the money was taken, there was absolutely no proper service or support.

I know Battmobile has been in the market since 2010, but I want to say something honestly and clearly: your customer service and after-sales care are among the worst I have ever experienced. Having this level of service in the UAE is honestly a big question mark My message to the founders, Adil Faizee and Furqan Anis:

You are providing a useful service that helps people during difficult situations, but unfortunately your management is extremely poor. Your managers need managers to manage them.

First of all, your Terms & Conditions are contradictory. In one section it says packages cannot be cancelled, while another section clearly states that clients have the right to cancel at any time.

Second, even if we assume cancellation is not allowed, when a customer wants to cancel due to a genuine personal situation — such as leaving the country — a manager should show professionalism, flexibility, and appreciation toward the customer instead of making the experience worse.

Good customer care creates loyal clients. A satisfied customer becomes the reason for more customers through recommendations to friends, family, colleagues, positive online reviews, and future subscriptions when returning to the UAE.

Unfortunately, your managers Abdul and Hani do not seem to understand how to properly handle or resolve customer issues. Adithya was better at least she knows how to communicate

For 13 days I kept hearing the same response:
“Yes sir, we are working on your problem.”

Nothing was resolved.

Please take care of your customers, because without customers, no company can survive.

Anyway, I do not need anything from your company anymore. I have already contacted the Consumer Rights Department and I am currently in the process of opening a case.

Last thing is funny, I have bp when, every time I talk to you guys it goes crazy up and get nervous. You have zero communication skills

Battmobile Service my car - Worst car service ever

Piece of advice, run away from Battmobile. Have recently subscribed "service my car" plan with Battmobile; WORST experience ever! 3 appointments missed, neither even cancelled, 3 days lost; Manager ABDUL SATTAR kept lying from day 1, showing he does not care about the clients. Till date not a single service done, nor any solution provided, nor any management involved despite complains.
Battmobile management you are requested to intervene and solve the issue

Outstanding Service Experience

Huge thanks to Battmobile for an outstanding service experience! From the moment my car was picked up to when it was delivered back, everything was handled seamlessly by Talha Jawad and the entire team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely positive attitude made the whole process effortless and stress-free.
A special mention to my service advisor, Syed Jawad his efficiency and has clear communication. He kept everything transparent and managed to complete the service faster than expected without compromising on quality. Truly top-notch service all around!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their business model feels quite misleading.

They sell a car battery along with a “1-year service package” for around AED 2000, which sounds like a great and economical deal at first. However, this appears to be more of a marketing trap. Once you actually send your car for service, the situation changes completely. The so-called “free services” don’t really exist because they charge very high prices for parts and additional repairs, making the total cost extremely expensive.

Another serious concern is the lack of transparency and accountability. There is no proper job order or service tracking system, so customers have no clear record of what work is being done on their car. This makes it difficult to keep evidence or monitor the progress.

In my case, they kept my car for 3 days without clear updates, and then informed me that I would need to pay a minimum of AED 10,000 to fix the issues. This came as a complete shock compared to the initial promise of affordable service.

My honest advice to others: if you value your car’s safety and peace of mind, it may be better to let go of the initial AED 2000 rather than getting trapped into expensive and unclear repair costs later. Always ask for detailed quotations, proper job cards, and transparency before proceeding.
