Incredible service and great sauce selection. Perfect for taking the levels up in the kitchen. Got one for my best mate for his birthday and he loved it too! Would highly recommend!

Ordered my brother a box for his birthday. After I saw the sauces accompanied by their fact cards, I had to subscribe. Christmas now comes in spice form every quarter.

Brilliant service - delivery, communication, and the sauces themselves. The little fact sheets were a brilliant touch too!

I placed an order 10 days ago for which I received a confirmation. I have since emailed THREEE times and messaged via instagram requesting a delivery date. I have not had any replies. However as soon as I put a negative comment on instagram about delivery it was deleted. Happy to take money but not deliver.

Ordered 5 bottles. Only got 2. I e-mailed and they said they would make it right. Never did. Ignored all my other follow up e-mails.

Update: I e-mailed per the response and recieved a reply which shared the replacement package which showed it had not been delivered. They apologised and 2 days later I received what I had ordered so I am very happy and will use again.

Had bauce brothers subscriptions for a while now and they never disappoint. Always the best flavours!

The quality of the sauces is unparalleled, absolutely breathtaking varieties id never have discovered without this company, I have received sauces that weren't what was supposed to be sent but ben at customer services has always corrected it promptly. quality is unmatched, variety is beautiful, customer service is second to none. Highly recommended to any hot sauce aficionado. Ive had 4 boxes to date and will continue to use their service. Keep it up guys. ❤️

Like heaven going in and hell coming out. Just how I like my hot sauce. The boys at Bauce have an eye for the exotic and have been lighting up my meal time and insides for many years. Keep up the good work!

Had a really good experience with Bauce brothers that I wanted to post here. I subscribed for a club membership and have spent all of last year absolutely loving the variety of of tasty sauces they sent me.

The one time there was an issue with delivery they quickly sorted it out and send me a replacement.

Great service and amazing choice and curation of hot sauce. Nice to also support a small business.

I ordered a subscription for a 3 monthly box of 4 bottles of sauce. I received an email to say the order had been dispatched but when tracked EVRI's status was 'waiting to receive' and hasn't changed for 7 days!! I have wrote an email to Bauce for an update an no reply. I'm getting the feeling this is a bogus site and I've been ripped off.

I ordered a box of sauces and paid for it. The £31.99 was debited, but no box arrived. I have sent four chase-ups, including directly, via their website and received no reply.
I hope that Bauce Sauces will read this and rectify my issue.
Added on 9/1/25 the emails that Bauce Sauces sent to me, were exact copies of their response, below. A replacement of the missing box was sent to my son, five days ago, was it?
Odd that he has not received it.
I will edit, again, if the sauces arrive.
Later the same day, ie 9/1/25. Text from my son, 'The sauces are here!'
He is delighted, as am I.
It's been a very long wait, but the sauces look very appetising, were well packaged and all is good.

Brilliant wee company. Good sauce selection and prices are reasonable. Some of my favourite sauces come from Bauce Bros.
