I have been working with “Bay Area IP Group” for about two years now, and I just received my USPTO patent approval. I was originally going to try and file a patent on my own, but I’m so glad I didn’t because there are so many unforeseen components to the patent process.

From the very beginning “Bay Area IP Group” made filing for a patent ease. They walked me through a step-by-step application process that was incredibly simple. When I was done I couldn’t believe how well I had described my patent.

Then they tweaked and molded my application until it was perfect. In the end I had a well written patent application that was easy for the USPTO to approve. Unfortunately they didn’t approve my patent the first time, but “Bay Area IP Group” showed me how to reply to the USPTO’s concerns. The second time around my patent was approved.

I highly recommend “Bay Area IP Group” because their prices are very reasonable, they walk you through the though challenges of patent application, they offer you recommendations and suggestions that you would never figure out on your own.

I will soon be the proud owner of a USPTO patent. I know that I could have never done this alone. “Bay Area Intellectual Property Group” guided me every step of the way. Over the next year or two I plan on using them to further enhance my paten with modifications and add-ons, once again something I wouldn’t have known about without their assistance.

Bay Area IP helped me to obtain a US utility patent and then kindly gave me a referral to a European patent attorney to help me in obtaining an EU patent. I am planning on using them again in the next few months to file another US utility patent because of the good experience and great pricing on the first patent. If you need a patent attorney with great pricing and great service then Bay Area IP is the one to go with.

They are a very cost effective office for getting your patent. The patent was well written and we would use them again.

Bay Area IP did a utility patent and it was recently allowed. They are keen on technologies and able to tell you the value of your inventions. They know every trick in the book and very familiar with the process. The fee is reasonable. Before the work begins, they send the instructions by email, which contains valuable information. Now I am looking to build a patent portfolio by filing a continuation-in-part. They advise me to keep the patent application chain alive to draw interest from investors for future venture business or patent licensing business.

They are professional and courteous.

I started a patent application with Bay Area IP in 2013 and recently received the notice of allowability from the USPTO. It only took 1 office action response by Bay Area IP to get everything worked out. I credit Bay Area IP for helping us get through this process.They did our PCT application too and I expect to do a lot of future business with them. Ariel has done great work for us, and Abby and the staff have been extremely helpful in getting through this entire process. They charge extremely reasonable fees and do quality work, and they will meet your deadlines. I’m glad I found them!

I dreamed of patenting my invention for years - and it was just that, a dream, until I found Bay Area IP - finally, a patent attorney who makes it affordable for those of us on a budget! I have been elated with the service I have received, and although early in the process (my application has just been submitted to the USPTO), I have every confidence that my application is the strongest it can possibly be. They went far beyond anything I could have imagined in terms of broadening the scope of what would be covered under my patent. Assuming the successful award of my patent, it would take some kind of Legal Einstein to possibly get around my patent and steal my invention! Now, the wait...but that is part of the game.
