Like so many reviews on this site, I can concur that Bbbgem provided amazing customer service, communicating and customizing with patience for a couple weeks before we finalized a customized design. It arrived a day earlier than expected. It is utterly beautiful, beyond anything I could have imagined. It makes the wedding band for my morganite engagement ring, crowning it perfectly.

My ring is absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly what I asked for! They were quick to respond and was able to make my custom ring no problem. My engagement ring and wedding band are both from bbbgem and I absolutely love both!

I’m absolutely in love with my wedding band! I have a moissanite engagement ring and have been looking for a matching band in this exact style. All of my local jewelers were charging high rates so when I stumbled upon the stone for such a fair rate, I was excited! I was nervous buying my forever ring online but this company walked me through everything and I felt confident in their abilities. They communicated throughout the process and even sent what the final product would look like lined up with my engagement ring. I couldn’t be happier with how my band turned out!

Beautifully made gold ring with nice raised flower details. Beautifully polished and shiny. Very nice quality. Goes very nicely with my engagement ring. Nicely sized ring delivered in a nice jewelry box. I ordered this ring a little larger than my current wedding band so that I could wear it in summer when my fingers swell. But I love it so much I hope that I’ll be able to wear it year round as my wedding band. I would definitely by from this company again.

This is a legitimate company. We ordered a handmade ring that took 3 weeks to arrive (as disclosed on the website), so we were of course nervous the whole time. It came today, though, and it's perfect. 5 stars for the product, but the lack of updates was frustrating. Would definitely order other jewelry, though.

My eternity ring i ordered 9 months ago lost 2 opals. After a few emails back and forth, for a nominal cost I was sent 4 replacement stones. Very happy with the service.

We received the rings on time and they were absolutely gorgeous.

This is a con artist. After only 40 days of normal wear on an engagement ring, the gem fell out. This Emi person would not help with fixing the ring. She told me to take it to a local jeweler and have them fix it for me. After a month of back and forth she "said" she would refund the money once I sent the ring back. I have sent it back, with a signature so I know she has it, and has yet to refund me $739. I ABSOLUTELY WARN ALL BUYERS OF THIS CON ARTIST. DO NO BUY.

I bought a ring on October 10th and paid for the fast shipping. Today November 20th no ring has been delivered to me so far, this website is a scam don't let them trick you like me...

I received my fiance’s wedding band today. It is absolutely beautiful! It looks even better than it does in the pictures on the website! The customer service is outstanding, they were patient with my concerns, and they did a fantastic job making this ring. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to customize the ring I bought which was no problem at all. Emi was helping me through the whole process. She changed them gems like I had asked but I just wasn’t feeling it. She helped me and changed them a second time and again, it just wasn’t looking the way I had in my head. We ended up going back to the original gems and in hindsight I should’ve just left it alone but Emi was so helpful through the whole and made all the changes I asked for. I just got the ring today and it looks perfect! I’m very happy with my purchase and all the work Emi put into making the ring perfect!

Great communication, beautiful ring! The ring is exactly as it looked online, and I am pleased with the purchase. I was looking for something unique for my wedding band, and I thought the yellow sapphire (my birthstone) was beautiful and very different. I haven't had a chance to really wear the ring yet, but I am very much looking forward to it.
