The delivery driver was a force of nature and went well beyond by gettig my 200lb BBQ to my door. Well done.

I was impressed with the product that we bought from BBQ Barn and the prompt service and reply that a got from Paul, however, The guy in the warehouse from where we collected it from was the most miserable and
unapproachable warehouseman that I have ever encountered in my life, and I've met many. So that's why it's only 4 stars.

Product as described and at fantastic price due to winter discount. Would have liked a tracking link for delivery however quick phone call alleviated any concern. Definitely use BBQ Barn again!!

Amazing customer care and product knowledge.

I purchased a Grill Dome Infinity X2 in May 2024. I have had lots of use out of it since then and have generally found it to be excellent and a solid performing BBQ. This summer there were a couple of issues with it which I reported. John & Paul were so helpful and went above and beyond to sort it out advising that Grill Dome have an excellent warranty and that the issues although very rare were covered. They kept me updated and sorted it quickly and efficiently without any issues. I buy all my supplies from the shop in Sidcup and will continue to do so.

Well packaged and super fast delivery

Growing frustrated . Order process simple, collection swift. However, I have reported an issue with the item I brought and now communication is poor. As it stands I cannot recommend buying just incase you need after sales support. The item I brought is low value, but it’s principle of providing good communication and taking ownership.

I bought my bbq from bbq barn on a recomantion from a friend,my order was delivered within 3 days unfortunately I only got delivered an empty box,which as you can imagine was a bit frustrating but within 2 hrs I was speaking to the owner who said he would personally deliver my bbq 2 days later , it was a bank holiday weekend so didn't expect him to redeliver it so soon there customer service is great and recommend them very highly.

If you want a BBQ, this is the place!
Professional, knowledgeable and a great range properly priced. The team are enthusiastic and a pleasure to buy from.
We left having bought a BBQ I never dreamt of owning, so let summer begin!! TY Peter

I was able to place my order then a few days later I was notified that you don’t post out of the UK. If this is the case why don’t you make that obvious instead of wasting our time?

Experience was great. The sidcup shop is well equipped and you can park behind the shop for collection. I made an online order for an ex-display item and the item was in very good condition and Paul has been super helpful in waiting for me to collect. Highly recommended. Thanks

Great product, quick delivery, perfect.

Wanted a kamado Joe 3 for a long time. Done lots of research but still wasn't sure. Luckily I'm only an hours drive from the Sidcup shop so went down to look at one.

Was blown away by the workers there and their knowledge and patience as i asked them a tonne of questions.

After leaving the shop I decided I wanted to purchase directly from them as its nice to know where your buying from and to have the direct contact for future purchases etc.

Hit the purchase button had an email confirmation and less than a week later had the delivery.

Even the delivery driver was great. Really friendly and give me some tips on setting it up.

5 stars all rounds.
