Very professional from speaking with Mason on the phone organising the delivery to our home in the north of Scotland to the lads Tommy and John who delivered and built the kennel, what would have taken me all day to build these lads built it in a couple of hours

Brogan and Ash arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They made sure I was happy with the placement of the kennel and got to work. The kennel was built very quickly and is great quality! They then made sure I was happy with everything before packing up. I’d recommend Benchmark Kennels as Ash and Brogan were both very friendly and their work speaks for itself! Very impressed with the service!

Nathan and Brogan were super and got my kennels up in good time as well as having having them look super!

We came to Benchmark after a poor experience with another supplier. We were naturally a bit nervous but didn’t need to be. The service from start to finish was excellent & the ability to bespoke the sizing of the dog bed depth was a real plus. Everything was clearly explained in terms of what was included & how much it would cost.
Great customer service contact all the way through & hats off to Brogan & Nathan who built it in probably the hottest day of the year. Both did a great job & really happy with the quality of the kennel & attached shed. Just one slight hiccough with the galvanised panels which was picked up by Brogan & Nathan. Within 5 mins the office called to explain what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend Benchmark based on our experience.

It was a great service from start to finish. I had them made to my own specification and all done with no problem. The team that erected the kennels, Brogan and Nathan , were friendly polite and professional throughout the job. They made a fantastic job of erecting the kennels. Would highly recommend benchmark kennels.

The experience of placing the order was fine and I paid a 50% deposit to secure the kennel.
The kennel was delivered and installed today.
The first thing the guy said to me was that I had not yet paid the invoice which I acknowledged and said I had paid a 50% deposit and would settle the bill once it had been put together so that I could ensure it was as I had ordered, however he said that they would not start putting it together until I had paid it.

I called the office as usually for big items, in my previous experience you would settle the bill once you are satisfied with the work and they explained it was their policy and it was in the terms and conditions which I do understand but I think that it should be made clear when they do their pre delivery call.

Had the delivery driver of been polite about it, I might not have felt so annoyed, but in my opinion he was just rude.

He gave me my invoice, pointing out the terms and conditions on the back which I read and it states that “ any remaining balance MUST be paid either cash on arrival or BACS, cleared 1 working day before delivery” I paid credit card so not exactly following their own terms and conditions!

Then upon leaving he asked if I would like to leave a review as if a positive one he would get a bonus at the end of the month!

Maybe some training in customer service might be more appropriate.

Unfortunately his attitude soured the experience and I feel quite disappointed.

Let’s hope the kennel lives up to expectations because the service didnt

Cant fault John & Nath they both did a brilliant job at assembling the kennel. Both were polite and professional and tidied up after they had finished. They took the time to explain how the kennel was made up and overall just got on with the job in hand having travelled a good few hours. I did however have some issues with with the order due to wanting to change my kennel size and although it was eventually resolved there was on more than one occasion misleading information and lack of transparency.

Quality product. Jordan very helpful and kept us upto date. Brogan and Tommy arrived on time, they were very polite, professional and efficient.

I was originally speaking to Cat before purchasing the kennel and she was faultless, answering my many (probably annoying) questions. I was contacted post purchase and pre delivery to confirm everything. Liam and Tommy came to fit the kennel I ordered from Benchmark and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I was text on the morning to confirm how far away they were. Both lads were very polite and professional. They sped through assembly and had everything done and tidied up within 1.5 hours.
They asked me to check it all over and confirm I was happy before heading off.
Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with the service received.

Brilliant service and very pleased with our kennel block. The installation team of Brogan, Shaun and Sam were great and had everything built and finished in no time at all. Our dogs love their new kennels and we would definitely recommend Benchmark to anybody looking for dog kennels.

Absolutely awful! All the measurements are out which leaves gapping therefore it’s not weatherproof. After arguing back & forth via email with their non existent customer service/aftercare team for a month we are now taking legal action….£670 is not a drop in the ocean & we won’t be fobbed off! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
