Very helpful on the phone

Very helpful on the phone. Parts arrived and fit perfect. With the model number of the barbecue they were able to identify the exact parts I needed.

Great Service by BBQs Galore

BBQs Galore sold my husband and a radiant grill years ago, a grill about which we cannot sing the praises more highly!!!! And, they continue to service the grill when necessary. In this instance, we bought a simple cover for the grill!
