Customer service was great. I ordered a grill and it got delivered without the briquettes I had originally added on to my order. I called customer service and they asked me to send pictures and so I did. They looked it up and contacted the supplier. The supplier stated they were on back order and told me they were a month out. Eventually, the briquettes came in and we installed it. Grill works perfect. We are very happy with the grill and customer service was excellent. Will definitely order again from Grillio.

Cheryle was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me while researching the issue I was have with my shipments tracking number.

If you buy from Grillio, you better hope you do not have an issue as it will not be taken care of. Have been dealing with them since September 2025 and still not settled. Purchased the Cal Flame pizza oven June 2, used it once. Manufacturer issue. Manufacturer issued credit to Grillio to give us our money back. We still have not been issued a refund as of April 15, 2026. Only correspondence we get is when we call and talk to Cherise. She does not follow up. Have asked several times to speak to the manager with no response. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT! Doug Nitz

Unfortunately we had to make an exchange for a larger grill and it was a tough process at first but thanks to Cherise Sambel it got handled and we are ordering a larger grill. Cherise’s customer service was outstanding and we greatly appreciate her for that.

Very good experience with Grillio. They were able to beat the price of their competitor and have it shipped faster than expected. Tom was always available to help. Cherise went above and beyond when a product was left off the order. She had it shipped out immediately. Would recommend doing business with Grillio to a friend.

They claim to have a price match guarantee, but will not honor deals that make their margins smaller. They also wont put anything in writing.

I purchased the wrong item and Cherise was very helpful in assisting me with the return. She went above and beyond typical customer service to research what I needed to do and then called me back and walked me through what I needed to do for the return and refund. Customer service is tested when something goes wrong and Cherise did an amazing job resolving my issue and even followed up to ensure everything was good.
