It took you over 2 months to send the item. I was not updated as to an approximate date. I had to call several times for updates. Your answer was the manufacturer had a back order. I would of been able to purchase from a different supplier, but since I had already made the purchase online , I didnât want to go through the hassle since I was wasnât getting updates, I couldnât imagine what the return process would be.

Order arrived in beat up box - carrier left at door no signature. Item was bent up - an aluminum liner tray - not worth the trouble to return. Customer service was not satisfactory - referring me to their shipping policy.

Lack of local Accessories for BBQ
The supply and demand for needed accessories here in San Antonio Texas is really sad. I have to order directly from your company. If I knew it would take this path in support of my new Napoleon bbq, I would have stayed with previous bbq brand, which has supplies everywhere. The store I bought my grill from is BBQ Outfitters. They do not keep a good supply of your parts. Bottom line...takes too long to receive accessories like Drip Trays and the liners. Because we use bbq a couple times a week, I now need to stock pile these items. Will be ordering them again shortly.

Putting the grill together was not very straight forward. First there arenât any written instructions. Second itâs hard to find some of the needed hardware. Iâm a bit disappointed in the quality of the grill. Itâs not had solid ad I expected it to be.

Stainless steel grate replacement
