Ben and Mark did a great job.
Sorted out our hot water problem and smoothly installed a new oil boiler to replace our ageing, and failing, Worcester Bosch unit.
I would 100% recommend this company.

From the initial meeting and completion of the installation, Ben & Mark were absolutely spot on, nothing was too much trouble even when they couldn’t fit the boiler where we wanted it. The hole Mark bricked up was excellent, you can’t see where the hole was. They also removed all the waste. We would certainly recommend them

I had my old boiler and water tank replaced with a combi boiler and flue in a new location. BCA were easy to contact to discuss a quote and happy to answer any questions before and after installation. Transparent pricing and the whole thing sorted within 2 days. Thank you!

Ive just used BCA plumbing and heating to upgrade my bathroom, Ben and his team was fantastic from starting the job all the way through to completion, they was really informative about how things would be done and in which order they would do it, they also adjust some pipework in the airing cupboard which was also done to a fantastic job, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber

Quality workmanship, neat and tidy boiler installation, no hidden expenses or pressure selling.

Installation clean and tidy, no mess, no rubbish left.
Unvented tank, new boiler and new radiators, all done without fuss. Received phone calls on a slight issue and did a little bit of additional plumbing. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Existing boiler still working but 26 year old. Ben came round gave me a quote to replace. Agreed an installation date. In the mean time boiler stop working, as Im 86 year old Ben moved jobs around to get my heating sorted sooner. Would recommend.

Such a professional company to deal with from beginning to end. I had a new boiler fitted and new pipe work to plumb in an electric towel heater in my bathroom.

8 hours beginning to end and absolutely no evidence any work has been carried out because it was left so clean and so tidy.

It would have been less than 8 hours had the poor fella not have to wait such a long time for me to finish on a work call, just to show me how to use the new thermostat and walk through the pipe work that had been done.

As a lovely little extra, he noticed the towel radiator had been installed incorrectly and after he’d left, I saw he had fitted it properly.

Would use again and recommend to anybody who needs a good plumber.
