I must admit when I had a look at some of the negative reviews on here after placing my first order, I was a little worried. But I had a really good experience with B Couture and Kirsty was wonderful when I needed help with an issue that I had.
Yodel attempted delivery 3 times but as I wasnât home for any of the attempts, it was sent back to the depot.
Preferences were updated to leave with a neighbour but for some reason the delivery driver wouldnât. Kirsty was so helpful and understanding, and sent it back out for me with no quibbles or extra charges.
I found some of the items to fit really well, and some to be on the smaller side. The Kairo leggings are lovely, great material and really flattering. But the joggers that I ordered in the same size were too small.
Overall Iâm really happy with the items I decided to keep and the customer service was great.
