Item not delivered to me
Item not delivered to me . Contacted customer service and was asked to complete an attached form ( was no attachment) so I emailed them and they ignored me £50 down amd no items.
Was promised they would.semd out items again whith was agreed to by myself. A week later they asked the same question delaying my order. So I requested a refund 2 weeks on and no items or refund. Yet responded to this post with a lie stating now correspondence even tho I have a whole email chain .... tut tut.

Easy to order from website and fast…
Easy to order from website and fast delivery. Had a hoodie, shorts and t shirt set for £20. Was a bit unsure what they would be like at that price but was pleasantly surprised. Good quality, all were as expected and fit well. Really pleased with purchase and would buy again. 100% recommend.

Good quality but size issues
The jumpers and t-shirts are great in colour, quality and size, however the same can’t be said for the shorts and leggings which fall very small in size.
The delivery was good and quick to arrive with tracking.

Hoodie and tshirt fit perfect , the shirts are to small . I got a size 12 and the shorts are more a size 8.

Absolutely terrible experience i…
Absolutely terrible experience i ordered and the items came quickly, they were all too big requested a exchange took nearly 2 weeks to recieve a qr code to send original items back, they were sent back over a week ago. I havent received any communication about them receiving them items or sending my new ones out. Ive now had to go and buy replacement products wouldn't buy from b couture again

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. 💜 I placed an order and thought I had chosen next day delivery which I hadn’t so I emailed the company to see if I could change the delivery and a lady called Kirsty left me a voicemail to get it sorted. It felt like there was no trouble at all in sorting this out for me. I recieved the parcel today and I have to say the quality of the items is brilliant by daughter will be pleased, I have actually just placed another order to put the items away for her birthday.
