Just had my introductory training phone call with Melis - in summary:- Excellent! Melis is both very knowledgeable & very helpful. If the product is half as good as Melis, it should be a great success during the trial period. I have my fingers firmly crossed!

I had Cher who was very knowledgable and helped me how to use the machine
I have osteoarthritis of the knee and was in a lot of pain and took every painkiller known to man
Now i rarely take strong pain killers and can walk with out my stick something i coulnt do 2 months ago
I still feel slightly achy at times but i shall continue with the machine and hopefully as time progresses i will be 100% pain free I am prob 90% at the moment but after using the machine for 2 months i am happy with that
The machine does work but you have to stick with it

Cher was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips which helped make using the device much easer. We have already noticed an improvement in our conditions. It is comforting to know that Cher is on hand should any issues arise

I have been suffering from pain and inflammation in my left knee for some considerable time. I tried physiotherapy, anteinflamatary pain relief medication. None of these have worked for me. I saw an add about B-Cure Laser Pro and haven't looked back since. Swelling has gone, along with the pain. I no longer need pain killers. I was originally offered the device on a 2 month trial period together with a personal coach/adviser who explained how it worked and sent me information via email. The name of the coach is Daniel A who is available by phone as and when I need him. He has always been happy to listen and offer advise hence the success of the device and the great impact on my quality of life. I no longer suffer as I had in the past due both to Daniel's help and the efficacy of the B-Cure Laser Pro.

Very good customer service a lady by the name of Cher helped me set up my device and explained everything of how to operate the device and questions I asked she answered politely and professionally great service the lady that was explaining to me easy and simple to understand.

Thank goodness I took the B Cure on trial. I had low or no expectations and only a twinkle of hope so imagine my amazement when I immediately felt some benefit. Ive bred and produced competition horses all my life and had the usual injury list, which, now I am 60, has come home to roost.
I also have GCA and PMR both inflammatory conditions and am currently recovering from surgery on a broken wrist, yes I know , I am a train wreck who had got used to living around the restrictions of pain.
4 days ago I started using B Cur and ive used it twice daily since. Some of my aches have vanished others are diminishing daily. I have hope in the first time for a very long time that I will finally not need prednisolone and painkillers to function.

Since engaging with the B-Cure Laser team I can only suggest all interactions have been very positive. Following initial enquiries related to the product the delivery and follow up have more than met my expectation. I must call out a special mention to Cherilyn Frank who has responded positively to any questions or issues in a timely manner. Cher takes the issue and ensures it get resolved in a timely fashion. So far I am very satisfied with the product and the support infrastructure wrap that has been provided.

It wonderful to have service from this company. I had a laser device which was good though it wasn’t fit for my purpose but certainly it was worth trying.

I recently ordered the B-Cure Laser for a trial period. The ordering and delivery were very good. I read the very comprehensive literature and watched several videos and so started to use the laser immediately.
I have today received some very good training from Cherylin Frank. This was very thorough and really helpful. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant and patient. I am hoping the laser improves my knee pain

Have found this device and the excellent service by Daniel useful in reducing pain in several areas of my body.

I had enquired for a month to return the item and eventually I got what I needed in the end they were very helpful, and fast with e mails and a quick conclusion to the problem

I have had my B Cure laser for about 8 months, I have a spinal cord injury and am in constant crippling pain from the nerve damage… I do not take medication for the pain. It took a long time to find the perfect balance, but I worked with Melis to find the perfect treatment for me… I will never be 100% pain free but B Cure has made life a lot more bearable and I am able to walk further than I could pre laser. I would highly recommend
