I’ve ended up being charged over £800 for b-cure, when in fact I thought I was borrowing it to see if it would work for myself and my daughter. I’m so shocked by this, they seemed friendly and caring until I wanted to return the laser. No reply. No return address. Complete silence. I was not worried at first as it just seemed a case of their customer service being badly organised. How wrong was I!!?
Instead my credit card was charged and I was told I had now missed the return date. I gave my credit card for a £37 security deposit when borrowing the laser (or so I was told) and had no idea I would get stung for over £800. I’m so upset about this, it continues to be a huge financial stress and I feel completely conned by these people. Be careful if you ‘borrow’ the device, make sure you get information in writing and don’t trust their communication.

My father, contacted bcurelaser to get help with his painful arthritic knees. His contact was Cher who went over and above to help him. Unfortunately because of his very severe condition and his age (86), the laser device did not help him. However we have to praise the excellent customer service we received from Cher, always giving sound advice and when we knew the device was not for him, she went out of her way to assist my Dad, ensuring that he knew how to return the device and that he received a refunded. What an amazing lady, well done Cher and thank you on behalf of my father Charlie and I.

I am medically qualified and researched this device quite carefully before purchasing. I also approached my purchase with a degree of scepticism despite the number of positive reviews but being somewhat reassured by the 60 day money back guarantee.
I have been using the laser device for nearly one month and apart from some minor, self-inflicted, problems have been impressed. I suffer from fairly severe osteoarthritis in one hip and both knees with an accompanying impact on my mobility. The pain from this started to diminish after the first few treatments and has continued to improve. I am still stiff and have muscle weakness but can sleep without pain and no longer take pain killers. My mobility is improving but at a slower rate. In my opinion, based on my experience, this device really works and anticipate further improvement.

I wanted to update you on my progress with the device.

I’m delighted to confirm that there has been a considerable improvement in my knee pain after using the device numerous times, daily.

It has made such an incredible difference in some 10 days, so much so that I’m now in very little discomfort & walking much better & taking the stairs without needing to put all of my weight on my right leg.

Such amazing results in such a short space of time.

I truly believe that you only reap the benefits by the amount of time you put into the use of the device & being so easy to use, especially with the tripod holder, I am able to read or watch tv whilst using the device at my leisure.

I’ve just completed the 60 day trial and have bought the laser pro. Troubled with arthritic knees, I hoped this would provide some pain relief and I wasn’t disappointed. After a training session with Kevin, I started using the device and within 4-6 days noticed a marked decrease in the pain I’d been suffering. After constant use for the trial period, apart from the occasional twinge, I’m pain free. A magic bit of kit!

I ordered the B-cure in the hope it might help with my hip issues. I have been struggling for over 2 years and eventually have been sent for MRI scanning. Unfortunately the B-cure didn't help in my case but Daniel Alberti has been very helpful. He explained how to use it, how often, etc. When my trial period was over and I had to return it he offered to extend the trial by another 2 months, we discussed how I was using it and he suggested a few different things to try. Both the company and Daniel have been true and fair and on that basis I would recommend them.

Cher was and still is very helpful and explains everything so well. She is so patient and went over things until I got it. She is a marvellous asset to your company.
I found the b laser very good at the beginning and was pain free after 5 years of excruitiating pain but now, even though I have increased the time to 8 minutes and followed Cher’s advice I am afraid to say the pain is back. I trust Cher 100% to sort this out for me and am now in regular contact with her.
I would advice anyone in pain to give the b- laser a try, it works for so many people.

Took delivery of my B-cure laser a couple of days ago and later the same day Cher from the company rang me to arrange a 20 minute training session on the device which I was looking forward to. I had already read the manual the day before the training session and got myself familiar with the device just in case I had any questions. I have to say Cher was extremely helpful and friendly and very professional, she explained everything about the product and how to get the best out of using it. I only had a couple of questions at the end of the training session which she explained perfectly. Very useful and worthwhile 20 minutes and great customer service all round. Looking forward to using the product, thanks to Cher for her time and patience.

For me, this treatment worked very well! I used it for both knees (mainly the right one). I followed everything that they taught me. Last year, my doctor told me that I have to have meniscus surgery. I've been using it for about a year. We postponed the Meniscus surgery because I feel better now. Also working as a photographer and using my knees a lot while doing my job, my creaking and endless pain complaints have definitely decreased. Initially, it started with temporary pain relief after the treatment sessions and now I am pain-free. Even if I need surgery in the future, I will definitely use it for the recovery process after the surgery. This Laser treatment has been effective for me. Increases the endorphin production so I don't need to use painkillers most of the time.

I found the company very professional and honoured their commitment of no quibbles return. I had a torn meniscus in my knees which gave me some pain. Someone I knew recommended B Cure as it as it had cured her back pain . Unfortunately as much as I tried it didn't appear to work for me. In the end the pain was caused by a mechanical problem which was catching nerves that required an operation.
The staff were always on hand to advise and when it came to return the item there was absolutely no pressure to change my mind. I returned the item and was immediately refunded my deposit the following day on proof of postage . I would highly recommend a trial with this device if you have pain. They really do honour their agreement if it does not work for the individual.

A true and honest recommendation.
We found the solution with B-Cure for my mom, who had been in trouble with Fibromyalgia for many years...
We looked for a solution for years... Several times she was hospitalized in pain clinics. One day we met with another patient's relative who luckily came for a check-up & they recommended this home-type cold laser treatment. Although they stated that this product is only available in B-Cure, I tried to look for cheaper options :)
As a result of my research, I can say the following:
You can buy this product reliably only from the company's UK site.
Is there a similar or equivalent product? This is the latest technology that you can use at home in cold laser treatment & it's patented by B-Cure! So don't take any risks if you are curious about it. Get it directly from them! The treatment has already been scientifically accepted in the medical world, and it has been used for years, this device is only the home-type version. If you use it properly, you are supposed to understand the effect.
Of course, the main effect comes after a couple of months. Especially after the 3rd month, my mother's FIBROMYALGIA was almost under control with this device. It can be carried everywhere, it is not heavy, and even my 77 years old mom can operate it :) On the other hand, she uses the tripod surprisingly effectively. They taught her with a video session :)
If it worked even for my mom, it will work for everyone- don't hesitate to try it! Highly recommended!!!

I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for 20 years and Low-level laser therapy has changed my life. The effect you see during the trial period increases as you continue to use it.
LLLT is a treatment used in hospitals and clinics. ( this is where I tried & felt the effect then decided to invest) No way that this treatment does not work because it is scientifically proven :) In addition to many effects, it reduces inflammation and relieves pain for all living things with blood circulation. I can move my joints, definitely a huge improvement in my quality of life. Of course, you need to use the product regularly and never skip it. If you are undisciplined, your chances are lower.
By the way, it is very easy to use the device, it is extremely light, the operation is very basic and simple...
Definitely worth trying and keeping it. It would be a great loss for a person suffering from arthritis not to try this device. Share this feedback if you know anyone with Arthritis near you, it will be a big favor for them. This treatment is a real miracle!! (you just need to have some patience and discipline)
