Returned product 2 years ago within the trial period using the returns label provided and have a Royal Mail receipt. Was harassed for months to keep paying then it stopped. This week I have been threatened with legal action. I have full chain of correspondence. No customer service.

Excellent little gadget. Has really helped my chronic pain and is small enough to carry round and easy to use

I have always been active and healthy up to approx 8 years ago at the age of 37. My general pain was continuous an unrelenting. I was just used to it and had grown accustomed to it. But my knees were now starting to lock and crack worryingly.
I then 2 years ago seen Matt Dawson who I was a big fan off during my own rugby days vouch for the B Cure product.
So I trusted his judgement and purchased the item.
I thought the physio I am paying for currently is costing more and if it works then great if not then I will just carry on with the physio.
Fortunately it worked and seemed to significantly reduce inflammation and pain in both knees and other areas.
But I do use it regularly. 10 mins daily on each area of pain. But you must use it consistently and not just when in pain. You really need to drive that pain out of the inflamed areas through constant use and not just when you are sore. Invest in yourself for a change. Look after yourself. Best decision I made in a long time. But be patient and consistent.

The first time I see the BCure laser was on first book .I was in terrible pain I call the telephone number to get more information.It was a trial for a month but I end up using the Bcure laser and I was free from pain.The pain I-had from my neck and shoulder was agony.I took pain relief ice cubes ,physio exercises and neuropathy but all failed .My knee was sore and I couldn’t walk normal I was in tears days and night using heat lotion rubbing cream to stop the pain but couldn’t work .The first week I stated the Bcure laser my neck was rotating both side and swelling subsides and I had to put my hand bag on my shoulder Then the pain from my knees was stop throbbing and I slept well at night.For the first 2 weeks I use the Laser 3 times a day then twice a day and then once a day Now When I really needed.The other thing I like about Bcure laser you will be free from pain without any pain tablets.

I procured a BCure Laser (Pro),in April,and posted it ,to a 91 yr old Gent,in New Delhi,a certain Mr K Mohan,an excellent friend of my late Dad. He used it for a couple of months ,and benefit ted enormously. Fairly advanced OA,of his Knees,and unwilling for Surgery. Unfortunately,he passed away,a fortnight ago. But benefitted enormously from the vast difference the Gadget made,to the quality of his life,towards the end.His family are very grateful too.

The support from the B-Cure team was great.
It took sometime to experience the effect of B'Cure as my condition was chronic pain but with time and constant use, my pain lessened.

It started three years ago when my right hand started paining me I can not sleep at night both my back and neck it was night mere for me and I started looking for solutions on the internet and I saw people like me having the same problems and they bought the B-CURE laser and they were OK and order the same for myself and somebody called me from Island and he explains how it works and I did the same thing as he explains to me and when I got it I started using it because the pains normally come in the middle of the night till the morning time when the pain started I would just set it 10 minutes I faced the laser to point where the problems are before I knew it I have already slept off till the morning without no pains at all it was a miracle laser for me since I have been using it, it very good for me so I used for other people like friends and they all like it

The B Cure laser has been amazingly effective for me over the last 2 years. A nerve problem in my foot left me struggling to walk far despite being a fit and healthy 53year old. A few mins treaent with the B cure laser and the inflamation and pain subsided immediately. So grateful for it giving me my active lifestyle back. I have also used it successfully on other pain areas and injuries.

I did have some admin problems initially with my order as they did not have UK specific support. However once a chap called Daniel Alberti got involved, everything went smoothly and he provided absolutely superb customer service.
I would highly recommend the B Cure laser from Good Energies to anyone dealing with pain and discomfort.

I didn’t think my knees would get better but B-Cure has helped me considerably. I no longer have to rely on painkillers.

Can thoroughly recommend the device, the whole experience being enhanced by the fantastic customer service and the highly approachable and personable Karl ensuring the whole process was undaunting and uncomplicated.
With regards to the performance of the device my husband and I have found it unfathomaby effective, for treatment of sciatica and MS nerve damage respectively. After more than a year of relying on its 'magic, the misplacing of the charger was disastrous, but my query about a replacement met a reassuringly speedy responce, once again an example of the on going customer support which has been available to us from the initial consultation.

I have been using Bcure laser for the past 3 year
I have mainly used on my knees because of osteoarthritis and the prescribed pain killers were not working well enough. The device helped me considerably and took away the pain, leaving me pain free for the first time in years. I now use it 2 to 3 times a week to stay pain free I highly recommend the B cure laser to anybody who has chronic or acute pain, you will be amazed at the results.

I've had this machine since December 21 and during last year June, I had an issue with the start bottom which didn't come out, after it was pressed down to start, as it was supposed to.
I contacted Karl, one of the Customer service agent, who immediately attended to me and did zoom with me to correct the issue. Sorted things out and within the time frame that he promised, I received a new replacement. Also, recently Cher, another Customer service agent, assisted me in my need for a new charger, which makes me absolutely happy. That we still have descent people around these days. Thank you.

After suffering since 2005 with severe right leg pain and various treatments over the years I read about the B-Cure Laser Pro and thought it worth purchasing. I was extremely pleased with over the phone service and how it would work. Since using this I have been able to get around more, walking has become better for me, not so much limping and it really has helped me to get out and about more independently. I have mentioned this product to others who have suffered in someway as I do in the hope they also will try this product.

Iv been using this B- cure laser pro machine for over 2 years. It gives me great relief from arthritis in various places in the body.
I find with the support unit that comes free with the machine it’s a great help because once you set the unit on the support you can just sit back and relax with the machine doing the work.
I had problems contacting the customer support dept.because they don’t publish a UK contact no.
I contacted my bank to see if they had a UK contact no. but no only a USA No.
I searched around and found an e mail address. I have since found out this e mail address is Maisie, Custom Support which after a message to her got things moving with a problem I had with my machine.
The front plastic cover came undone but she sdvised me how to put it back and it now works.
I think if this firm had more staff like Masie it would solve a lot of problems.

Kindness and professionalism are the two words that come to mind. Melis and her colleague Chanelle, have been most gracious and understanding with assisting me. In a world where these qualities have been replaced by digitalisation, and are so very hard to find, I am pleased that there is still the possibility of finding persons who have the human touch. The B Cure Laser is friendly tool easy to use to get relief from the pain. I have seen improvement and mobility in my joints since using this product. I am huge fan of this product it can be used anywhere to relief the pain. Thank you B Cure laser for making life pain free.

I took a trial for 14 days, I sent the equipment back within the 14 days, no payments were taken in the begining, then every so often they take £37.00 from my payment details. I have emailed them several times and get false promises to contact me. Stay away from this company, also the equipment did not work for me!

Also I have written to you by email on many occasions, you dont even bother to reply, however on trustpilot you feel the need to reply as it looks bad if you ignore this platform.

If you felt I had not sent the items back why would you only randomly remove money from my credit card and not on a monthly basis. You did receive the items so I suggest that you look in your retuens from this period, the items were returned within your 14 days period. I have no reason to misrepresent myself in this matter.

Almost two years ago I bought B-Cure Pro. I bought it over two years and my final payment made today , didn't notice too much the monthly payments.
I had been attending my physio for some time with a meniscus tear excruciating pain I can tell you , it cost hundreds then went private for MRI and consultant fees plus two steroid injection costing around £1000
One day I noticed an advert for the B-Cure I phoned company and spoke for approx 30 mins asking many questions, I had nothing to loose as I could return the lazer after 30 days, but I didn't need to do so as I started 9 minutes twice a day, for months as the inflammation was severe, the pain gradually subsided and inflammation started to go away also my swollen ankles where helped too !!! I can recommend the lazer 100% if you follow the guide lines of using the lazer every day reducing the time when you feel your pain is reducing be consistent and this lazer works quite amazing professional machine
