The B-cure Laser is a brilliant machine! The technology is far superior than any other hand held laser. This is definitely medical grade technology and it works! I have had knee problems for years and the Laser has certainly helped to reduce the pain!

Look out if you want to return the bcurelaser after the free trial period ends!
I signe dup fopr the free trial for my mother who has cronic back pain. There was a very helpful initial customer service that helped me further focus the treatment on mum when it didnt make any difference to her cronic pain. The device still didnt work so I was encouraged to try longer after the free trial period finished. Then the helpful custoimer service calls disappeared and the credit card started to get billed. What a nightmare trying to contact customer service. I wasn't prepared to return the device without free postage or without a confirmed return address! I now have a final demand letter threatning legal action. I am so glad i did not let this company near my mother. She could not have dealth with this financial burden at her age and bad health. The device didnt work for mum and we simply have not been helped to return the device. It's as simple as that. Please make sure you get a free return postage sorted BEFORE accepting the free trial for this device.

I have arthritis in my fingers due to many years of rock climbing, but I am also a musician and play guitar and piano (I am 70). The extreme stiffness and pain in my left index finger made playing the guitar painful and uncomfortable, so I decided to purchase the B-Cure Laser about 2 years ago. After a few months of regular use the pain and stiffness disappeared, allowing me to play normally again, so I am very impressed. I also received excellent customer support at the beginning with Eva Geri when learning how to use the Laser, and then later I received excellent support and advice from Cherylin Frank who dealt with some of my questions. I will continue to use the Laser throughout life as a "preventative" treatment on my fingers.

I have to say, it was very refreshing to deal with such an efficient and decent company when these days so much is anonymous and impersonal. I had a problem and after sending an email, I received a reply the same day which was followed up by an incredible helpful lady called Ella Sorona, who sorted everything out the same day. I later found out that she is head of customer support. Incredible that she should take the trouble personally and obviously takes her role incredibly seriously. Highly recommended.

I have had my B-Cure Laser Pro 2 years and was experiencing stiffness in my hands and fingers and found difficulty in eating with cutlery I borrowed a friends B-Cure and was impressed by its results having very little pain and being able to eat with my utensils

I found the laser safe and easy for my patients to use at home. The laser treatment assisted with complete resolution of a chronic plantar faciitis.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip and following physio was told that pain management was the only option (apart from hip replacement). The B-Cure laser really helps manage the pain and I only need to use it for about 20 mins a day. If I don’t use it for a couple of days I certainly know it! My Husband fell over last year and twisted his ankle. He refused to go to the Doctor and his ankle kept swelling after exercise. After a lot of persuasion he tried the B-Cure and after a couple of weeks his ankle was better. He used it a few more times when painful but hasn’t needed to use it for the last 3 months. He was sceptical but now has agreed it was worth the money.

I've purchased one of this ,B-cure laser, back in April 2021.
For a man with low back pain, for years, I was always interested in something to cure the pain.
Two years before I've purchased it, I had low back surgery L5-S1 ,wich was a success!
So I tried the laser, but it didn't worked for me.
I returned the laser, after a consultation with my neurosurgeon.
So I've returned to the address provided.
The laidy that I speak to, in dealing with this matter was Cherylin, she was absolutely fantastic, polite and professional .

Disgraceful. I am still waiting for my refund since October 2022. Total scam.
Since posting this I spoke to head office who apologised and said they would refund me asap. Now have received the refund. Was it the Trust Pilot one star review or finally getting through to Head Office that resulted in my refund.

The Lovely and very knowledgeable Tami helped me at the start, which was a year ago now! I have a chronic back condition with severe nerve damage but after using the Bcure pro for about a month with top up session every now and again in the rest of the year I am in a much better place and have very little pain, but if the pain starts to come on again a couple of sessions and I am fine.

I had an issue with the laser not working so I contacted the company and spoke with Cherylin Frank (Cher) who was extremely helpful and understanding. She advised me on what I needed to do and we were in regular contact by both telephone and email. I feel she went the extra mile to ensure I had a successful outcome. She was extremely polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. An asset to the team. Thankyou Cher one happy customer.

The trainers were very supportive throughout the time I was learning to use the machine

This is one the best devices i have bought to manage pain. Easy to use and portable. This is not a miracle cure but for pain reduction it has been second to none. Highly recomended if you dont want to use medical treatments such as painkillers. Great investment. Had mine for 2 years and still being used.

B Cure arrived promptly and was well packaged. I have been using it for four days and my ankle pain which I have suffered from for several months has almost disappeared. I am still using it twice a day hoping it won't return.

A would of gave youse lot 5 stars but sadly a coulnt actully try your machine. Amazing customer service from the wee Scotts lass had a gid wee chin wag wee dolly made ma day, A was getting calls all last week youse pester a wee bit its the only thing i wid really change. hopefully the bairns will buy me a wee laser machine for Christmas
