BE VERY CAREFUL I wanted to make a one-time purchase on Bazta and, before ordering, I checked the website for reliability and trustworthiness. Unfortunately, after completing my purchase, I discovered that I was unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription. At no point during the checkout process was it made clear that I would be entering into a recurring contract.

I feel extremely disappointed and misled by this experience. I believe transparency is essential, and customers should be clearly informed about any ongoing commitments. I would not recommend Bazta to anyone looking for a straightforward, one-time purchase. Please be cautious and double-check all terms before buying, as you may end up with a subscription you never wanted.

Er stond dat de levering 3 dagen was maar het is nu al bijna week.

The deliver of the order takes more time that the one that it shows when You make the purchase

After 3 months i noticed they billed me 3 times for an unwanted membership, this is very misleading and unfair!!! A sneaky way to steal money from people!!!

Unfortunately,
As much as I had appreciated the communication with the customer service on the delivery of the item purchased, i was really disappointed of not having been informed that on the two items purchased, one of them wasn't shipped.
No information about that but just a reimbursement.
Which is strange as the item not shipped is still listed.
Hopefully the service can be better.
A quite disappointed customer.
